In the beginning of plans, re-aging of accounts takes about 3 cycles or 90 days to re-age or report the account as current. If it's longer than 90 days it's possible COVID-19 is delaying their reporting. If you continue to receive letters after 90 days, please contact customer service directly so that they may contact the creditors for you. We are ready to help.

My husband and I were overwhelmed with dicifering our bills. Making minimum monthly payments wasn’t enough to stop the harassing creditors phone calls.
We contacted DeptHelper.com and worked with our very patient, informing counselor Curt MuCienko & Cody Cobb. He walked us through one by one our debts made adjustments to the interest we were paying and put in an acceptable monthly payment. It was such a relief all of this could be done efficiently over the phone and they called to follow up that we understood and was on track. It’s a big burden off our shoulders where life is stressful enough knowing that we are on the road to improving our credit, clearing up our debt with payments made on time through their company.
I cannot rave enough , and highly recommend such a trusted company with patient educated counselors that are truly there to help. If you are in debt and want help and direction to get out with lowering your current high interest rates.. then they are the best!!

What a tremendous help!
I had fallen on some hard times and wasnt able to pay all of my bill's on time. I have been slowly trying to get my credit back on track by myself and it wasnt going well.
