I recently came in contact with debt guardians when I found myself in an extremely difficult position with debt, from the first call with Martin who has been an absolute God send helping me throughout the process, I feel he has gone above and beyond to assure me and help get to a place where everything is more manageable, I have also passed on my experience to others that are struggling so they can get the same experience I have

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. They seem to target vulnerable clients who are already struggling, offering false hope and empty promises. Communication was poor, with delayed responses and vague answers that left me feeling even more anxious. They didn’t provide a clear plan for my situation and seemed more interested in profiting off my hardship than genuinely helping.

What’s even more concerning is that they keep calling from a WhatsApp number, which is highly unusual and unprofessional for a legitimate business. This only added to my suspicion about their practices. I believe they take advantage of vulnerable individuals in the UK, and I regret ever trusting them. Please be cautious and research thoroughly before engaging with this company.

We were dealing with VERY difficult bankruptcy problems for a family member, trying as best as we could to sort out how to move forward but making very little headway. In desperation we contacted Jamie McKellen at Debt Guardians. Jamie was totally honest and straight forward and despite all the problems helped tremendously to solve all our

Neil the guy that looked after me was great the communication was grate advice was good and would recommend to anyone who needs help with debt

I called debt guardian at about 12 15 this morning, was being chased for a debt that was over 15 years old, they listened and told me to call the debt company and ask if this debt was statute barred. So I did call the debt company. Gave my name etc, asked the question I was told to ask, debt company said yes it's Barred, I told them to close it down. He said ok. End of conversation. Help is out there and I'm so glad and very thankful I made this call to Debt Guardian. I can't thank them enough now. Just call them, Jamie was helpful and easy to talk to, what he said to me has stopped this company and it's of my back for good. Thank you thank you.

If I could give Neil 10 stars I would. I rang seeking advice in the middle of a breakdown and Neil was really supportive and really helpful.
