The Agent Craig Gustafson was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He explained everything to me and recapped at the end everything that was going to transpire. In the past when I talked to different servicers, the agent would just tell me what I had to do and send the applications via email. The agents would help some, but I believe Mr. Gustafson went above and beyond.

SO happy with Debt Ease and Katelyn F in particular. I carefully researched 3 highly recommended and credentialed student debt companies to eliminate my student debt.
