Seth and Bryce at Debrosland are top tier when it comes to the quality of the services they provide to anyone seeking to buy land. They value the information that is being shared to you to be held in the highest regards. They do not want any misleading information to be put out there when it comes to specific details that we as a consumer hold value in. Seth openly shares his experiences as a land buyer on TikTok each afternoon if you are interested in learning more about land and how much they value sharing what is available on their website. I personally have listened to their lives for a few months now, chatted with them via email, and today a call. This wasn't just any call but a very reassuring call to myself as I am learning to buy land. Their knowledge is invaluable for any and all aspects of the business!! I am so thankful for our new found friendship and would also like to help them in the future to help repay the value I've taken from the Tiktok lives and now a personal call. I highly recommend them for all land buying or selling needs. They bring experience and passion to the table and can also give a lot history to different parts. So reach out to them and let them know how they've helped you!!

Could Be Good, SubPar Customer Service

The customer support is EXTREMELY underwhelming. I'm a first time seller, and the representative I was speaking to was not patient, had a condescending tone both over the phone and via text. Even though I lack experience in the land area, I was hurt and discouraged by the lack of care and respect our interaction was handled with. I would not recommend them to anyone, let alone new sellers or anyone new to the business!

It is not our company policy to purchase any land that has not been vetted by a professional attorney or title company. As our team conversed with you, it came forward that you purchased your land from a tax auction, which does not automatically make the land insurable despite what you think. We work with attorneys and title companies who act as our quarterback with our transactions, and when it comes to tax deeds, unfortunately, the only way to get title insurance is typically through a Quiet Title Action lawsuit, which is lengthy, costly, and the only way to ensure the property will able to be underwritten by a bank for future development. We understand intimately how to navigate the intricacies of property investment, especially when it comes to tax auction properties, which are complex and overwhelming. Our intention in explaining the nuances of clear and marketable titles was to ensure that you were equipped with the knowledge necessary to make informed decisions regarding your property. We genuinely value all feedback as it helps us improve our services and better serve our clients in the future. Thank you!
