Put a order in and payed through pay pal on 8/9/23
emailed and rang, no joy there total scam. They are different from Deals Direct.co.nz Don't get the two mixed up I have bought stuff off Deals Direct.co.nz with no problems. If someone has left good feedback on this site they have made a mistake. Should be shut down.

I placed an order on 20 September 2023. Have emailed three times and left three phone messages and have had no reply to either. I have asked for them to cancel the order and refund my money. I am really angry as well that the payment went through shop pay which I thought was reputable. I can’t believe they are associated with such a dodgy outfit.

We placed an order over a month ago ... have emailed them and got no reply and rang to get an answer phone message. We left a message but haven't had a reply. It's disgusting that a business like this is allowed to continue operating in NZ.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. They have to be a scam, can't ever get a hold of anybody by phone or email. The should be taken to Fair Go and their site should be taken off the web.

Wish I had searched this company reviews before I ordered and would have never done so! They are a scam, no reply from any emails i have sent. Do not order anything from thus company

Absolute scam artists, how is this company aloud to still remain selling? Brought a toy for my kids birthday, never arrived, that was over 3 months ago. They don’t respond to emails, don’t answer the phone and don’t respond to voicemails. Effing frauds!!!! Luckily I didn’t spend much but it’s not the point. Someone report this

Dealsdirect.nz does not deserve even 1 star ratings. I ordered shoes that i never received. Tried to contact them, but they don’t respond to emails and you cannot phone them. This is a scam website. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will waste your money!

WASTE OF MONEY! Purchased a gazeebo from dealsdirect.co.nz Received incomplete product. Requested missing parts. Seller is ignorant and never delivered the missing parts. I have wasted my money. Shame on you dealsdirect !

This is a scam website! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I ordered and paid for reading glasses more than a month ago but never received confirmation of order placed and tracking for shipment. Sent messages thru email, FB direct message and used their support link. NO REPLY. Today I left a voicemail as I am frustrated and disappointed that I was scammed!

A scam website. Ordered in nov22 for Xmas but received nothing and no contact. Eventually got some sprawling email blaming Shopify. I believe this is a tactic to stop people from contacting their bank for a chargeback. ( chargebacks have a 3 month time limit). Anyway I got my money back by getting my bank to do a charge back. Nervous though they have my personal details though

Absolutely DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! TOTAL SCAM!! I ordered Christmas gifts for my kids 1 Dec 2022 and did not receive anything. I contacted them and was told that the payment made wasn't cleared and that I would have to wait for a refund.. I've since tried to contact them again thrice as now its 18 Feb and still nothing.. no toys, no refund, no contact. AWFUL!!!!!

Total scam. Ordered special needs product which we needed, didn't recieve. Fed some crap about shopify not clearing payment. Did not respond to mmy email when I called them on the scam. Caused us a 2 week delay having to reorder the same product from another legitimate company.

Scam alert! Do not buy! Brought a gift for Christmas, nothing arrived. After contacting them several times they emailed saying their payment system was down. Unable to contact them since, absolutely ruined Christmas!

Nothing is ever in stock but they don't tell you this till after youbhave paid.

Paid for a robot dog received an email confirming my order
Never heard form them till after xmas stating that shopify did not clear the payment therefore they did not process my order
I will never buy anything from these clowns and i posted a scathing post on facebook warning my friends about my experences with dealsdirect and urged my friends to share my post

I would give zero if i could. About 6 weeks ago I bought two of the hovering fairy kids toys. Still to this day, the tracking says my shipment has not even left their store in China, not even NZ!!! This is the biggest scam website and I'm gutted that I got sucked in. No replies to emails etc.
