Had a small problem with one of our blinds . As we needed the repair done quickly we decided to remove it and take it back directly to Deal Direct. Hannah quickly spotted the problem and passed it on to their workshop for repair. We had this sorted in less than 24 hours at no cost and the blind is now back up and working perfectly. Doubt whether you would get this type of service from bigger national companies. Thanks again to all for your professionalism.

Fitters arrived later than expected however they did a very good job clean and tidy too

Great blinds combined with efficient reliable service

I’ve recently had more wooden blinds and yesterday motorised roller blinds fitted. I can’t recommend the team enough, the communication is spot on with advice and recommendations. The quality of the products are brilliant along with a long guarantee which would be appealing to most and also competitive prices. I’ve used this company for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Shout out to Peter, Rob and Paul! Thank you!

Excellent service all round, from making the appointment over the phone the lady i spoke to was very pleasant and helpful.
Rob who came out to measure gave some really useful advice on the blinds we choose.
Scott has been and fitted our new blinds today. He has done an excellent job and we are very pleased.
Would highly recommend this company.
Thanks very much 🙂

Really appreciated service from this company! We loved the showroom- staff there were very helpful and attentive. Rob measured & Paul fit our blinds. Both were really respectful and professional. Paul was very friendly, efficient, clean & tidy- thank you for fitting our blinds. I would 100% use the company again. I had never heard of this company and chose them over others with similar quotes due to the after care and guarantee they offer. Thank you deal direct blinds.

Great company. From Peter who measured up, the girls in the office who helped me decide what I wanted, to Paul who fitted the blinds today - everyone has been so helpful and knowledgeable. Love the blinds.

Deal Direct Blinds were the best value out of all the quotes I got, and the blinds themselves are decent quality for the price.
