All's well that ends well....
I wanted to find out how to return an item that was not quite as expected, and for several days had no reply to my email from Dealberry. I tried again, and a very polite message came by return that no such email had been recieved (casting no blame in my direction) with instructions how to proceed. All very well handled.

GREAT AFTER SALES SERVICE
I sales element of the service was great, on line order process as well as delivery timescale.

Easy to order. Speedy delivery service. Only suggestion would be to have a little extra packaging in the box for the large glass candle ordered, given how parcels can be handled in transit. My candle was not damaged in any way but extra packaging might be useful.
