I am so impressed with this company. Buying the foundation was easy and when I got the shade wrong was replaced with no questions asked fast and easy. The quality of the product is amazing as well. You have gained a loyal customer. Thank you.

They are very responsive , and kind.
They delivered my matched skin very fast.
They sent me another matched skin concealer due to my request for shade change.
The concealer is very light, sited and natural.
I really love this brand after ages of buying very expensive , famous china made product.
Hopefully, this is made by UK.

Got my perfect match first time last year.
Have bought on repeat and I love all the products so easy to apply and as someone with more mature skin that’s definitely a bonus! Top tip go radiant rather than natural. Brushes and glow booster are my favourite.

I can't fault the customer experience with dcypher. Easy to get your shade match, delivery etc and I even got a whole new set free when the colour match needed to be slightly darker. However, the product itself is questionable (for me personally). I got concealer and foundation, for normal skin, medium natural coverage for the foundation. Neither sat on my skin well at all, with our without skincare underneath and appeared blotchy (specifically the lighter pigments would stand out). I thought perhaps it was because of the coverage I chose for the foundation but the concealer was the same. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend or buy dcypher products again and feel I have wasted money, even with the free colour match replacements.

These products are seriously impressive and I am hard to please! Having used many of the big names, nothing compares to these. They are the perfect match and texture, and great quality. Initially, I assumed they were a 'gimmick' and waited 6 months before trying. How I wish I had bitten the bullet earlier. I cant recommend this company highly enough for their customer service and products. Also, very fast dispatch time. A***

Absolutely amazing product and customer service is the best I have ever experienced. I ordered the custom glow booster and when it arrived I thought it looked a bit dark, I let the customer service team at Dcypher know about this and they immediately advised me on how to request an amendment to the shade and I received this within two days with no extra charges or anything. After all of that turns out that the original shade suits me better and they know my shade better than I do. Thanks again, will be repurchasing more products soon and highly recommend

I left a one-star review on the Decypher website and it has not been published. Given that the website appears to display overwhelmingly 4- and 5-star reviews, this raises serious questions about how reviews are selected and whether customers are being shown a fully transparent picture.

I have ordered from Decypher twice.

My first purchase was the foundation. The colour match was excellent. However, the formula was extremely disappointing. It was thick, heavy, and made my normal/combination skin look dry and flaky. I contacted customer services and they responded quickly, offering the dry skin formulation free of charge, which I accepted. While I appreciated the response, the alternative formula was no better for me — it emphasised fine lines and pores and still did not sit well on the skin.

Some time later, I purchased the Glow Booster after seeing the consistently glowing reviews. I completed a new colour match. The product provided virtually no coverage at all — not light coverage, but none. It simply made my skin look shiny. I contacted customer services again and was offered a prepaid return label for a refund, which was appropriate. I chose not to return it and instead found I could only make it usable by mixing it with another product.

While customer service has been prompt, the products themselves have been underwhelming. Prospective buyers should be aware that not every experience reflects the highly positive image presented on the company’s website and may wish to consult independent review platforms before purchasing.

The service I’ve experienced from this company (Vicki in particular) has been incredible. I’ve never known anything like it. Vicki really has gone above & beyond to help out and has been very fast at replying to emails. Bonus that the products are so good too!

Customer service was responsive. I loved the colour match to my skin. Unfortunately the foundation didn’t work with my skincare (spf underneath), it went all peely when applying. As it doesn’t countain SPF I need a foundation that incudes this as a basic requirement. I’m awaiting a refund after sending back the foundation

It was a little late coming but I’m nit going to take away a star for that as they kept me in the loop always. When my custom match foundation arrived I just pumped a little out and swiped it along my jawline and it’s an absolute perfect match!! It’s a really beautiful foundation! The tech they use is amazing because I couldn’t get a better match, I think I picked medium coverage but it’s gorgeous and you don’t need a lot either, I even mixed mine with some highlighter bb cream if I want more of a dewy finish! Welldone

I ordered the foundation & glow product, however when it came I felt the shade was too pale. I asked for an adjustment and was sent a shade far too orange. I again asked for an adjustment but was sent the exact same shade as the previous one. I contacted the company who said they had had a Xmas temp in who had sent the wrong shade and they would get in corrected.
I’ve since contacted them twice as I haven’t received my replacement, each time I’m promised it will be sent but nothing has been sent.

I’ve just received my custom foundation and I am blown away by how well it matches my skin. I chose the sheer coverage with natural finish and it’s perfect for me as I prefer my make up not to look too heavy. Very impressed with the foundation and I’d definitely order again!

I ordered a custom foundation and it literally arrived within a couple of days. Unfortunately it wasn't quite the right shade for me but I think that would be down to my preference in foundation colours - it was pretty accurate. I scanned the QR code to request an amendment which took a few minutes and then a day later I had been contacted about a new colour being made and sent out. I didn't have to pay anything for the second bottle which is perfect. I chose medium matte coverage and it really is a lovely foundation and the customer service was exceptional. Would highly recommend.

I’m nearly 56, with dry skin, which is pretty pale, with blue/grey eyes, blonde hair and now have a few broken capillaries on my cheeks and around my nose, not loads but enough to give me slightly red cheeks. I’d been following Lorna lux online and saw a video where she raved about Dcyphers foundation and thought I’d give it a try. Foundations are much harder to wear as you get older as less is more, but you’re at a stage in life where there’s so much more you want to cover up. I took a picture of my face as the foundation is made for you based on your skin tone/undertones. I chose dry skin, medium cover, radiant finish. When it arrived I used one pump which was too much for me, but on using 1/2 a pump, with their foundation brush, I can honestly say I’ve never used any foundation that’s as good as this. I can say that hand on heart and as an ex beautician, having over the years used used, Chanel, Elizabeth Arden, Clarins, Dior, Armani, MAC, Lisa Eldridge, Nars, Charlotte Tilbury, to name but a few, none of them are a patch on this product. Honestly my dream product so I bought the concealer as well. I intend to buy another soon for the summer but will wait until then when I may have a little more colour and go sheer so it’s nice and light for the summer…. Cannot recommend this enough, stunning and my new hero product! 5*

Tried it for the first time a few weeks ago. The colour was perfect and I loved it. I did however feel the matt finish was a little heavy for my skin so I emailed and asked their advice. With out hesitation they sent me free of charge another bottle in the Natural finish. Excellent service - arrived within a few days and I loved it ! Just ordered the Glow set and hope I love it just as much. Thank you for good customer service.

I like everything about the product bar the pump design . I found it spurted the foundation out everywhere. I contacted them and they sent me a replacement with no problem but it has not resolved the issue.
Today it has ruined a jumper as it spurted the foundation straight past the brush onto my sleeve.
No chance of getting the stain out so this alone will result in me not repurchasing.

After seeing lornalux review this, I had to try it. The colour match is perfect. It’s taken me 25 years to find the right match. I have had compliments every time I’ve worn it. I’ll never use another foundation. It’s the best foundation I have used so far.

Sorry but they just cannot get the match right (for me, anyway). 4 lots of pictures sent 4 failures. The formula feels nice & at least they tried I guess.

I was very sceptical about this. I thought it might be yet another Instagram fuelled product with clever marketing. However, I was very happily proven wrong. This is an excellent foundation. The colour match is perfect. The coverage is fantastic, it feels great on the skin, not at all cakey. So impressed with the fast delivery too! I now have two versions, with different coverage.

Wow the match to my skin tone is perfect. It feels so light but the coverage is fab. Fast service and excellent customer service.
