The wrong item was sent
The wrong item was sent. Not what I ordered. I ordered the DJS50 but received the DJS90, which does not have the same dc 12v output and does not include dc adapters. I wrote an email to customer service and got no response. I called customer service to return the unit and was told that they needed to "Escalate" (for a simple return?) the request to some other person who will contact me at some later unspecified time. No one has contacted me and it has been a week.

They sent me a replacement unit after 3…
They sent me a replacement unit after 3 years of ownership and the warranty was far expired. Only thing that was wrong with my old unit was one of the plastic connectors broke and they sent me a whole brand new unit. God bless em!!! They are a fantastic company!!! Money well spent!!! Couldn’t be happier

4K Action Camera reached not even VHS level
Action Camera supposed to have resolution of 4K did not even gave VHS quality !! The response of dbpowershop was as folow: "our action cameras are already obsolete for quite a long time now and our resources are also very limited. We apologize for how we can't provide further assistance concerning this". Bad quality product !!!

Nice to have my DBPower 800A Jump Starter if needed
Order, packaging and delivery of my DBPower 800A Portable Car Jump Starter was excellent. Fortunately, I have not had to jump my vehicle, but am confident that this device will handle it if necessary. I liked that it is able to check my battery charge so I can stay on top of its condition. I now make my frequent long trips through many miles of areas without services, with confidence I can charge my battery myself unlike past experiences, in which I needed to wait for roadside service or a tow.

High quality DVD player!
Bought a DVD player from DBPower and could not be more pleased. The item is top quality with excellent picture and sound.
I had a query regarding charging and the customer services department responded so quickly.

I would give zero if I could
I would give zero if I could. The unit you shipped does not work. Will not charge, your customer service is confusing, I have to shoot a video. No, just give me a return shipping label and I will send it back, you can figure out what’s wrong, send me one that works.

Great Product!
This is the second product that I have had from DBPower, I lost the first one. I’m a little glad I did because this one is better, especially the jump start part. It’s much better than the easier version and much easier to use. The product has good power supply for what I need, and is small enough to store practically anywhere. Very versatile product, and well worth the money.

Good product at good price
Good product at good price. Shipping Tracking setup could be easier to navigate than having to install an app which makes it convoluted, instead of just emailing the UPS tracking number. Not a fan of that.
