Was expecting delivery in 10 days
Was expecting delivery in 10 days, couldn’t believe it when I had a text it would be delivered in 2 days, highly delighted.
Had a phone call from Dave to say he was a few minutes away, so I was able to call my mum from work and tell her to look out for him. Very nice gesture.

Fab delivery service from beginning to end
Ordered shed which arrived within 2 days! The delivery service from beginning to end was excellent. Easy to track with up to date information as well as the driver ringing you with updates. The driver Liam was friendly, respectful and helpful. Can't recommend enough. I had never heard of this company before, but hope more companies use them. They could teach other delivery companies quite a lot. Well done and thank you for a very pleasant and smooth delivery. Jean

The Great Shed Recovery
The first shed arrived but the 3 panels had been damaged so they took it back. I reordered and two days later another shed arrived. The driver/ delivery guy Adrian I think was his name was great, Very helpful and knowledgeable ,as he had experience as a carpenter. So what I thought would be a problem was sorted out quickly and efficiently. Thank you.

Hi Pete, it was explained to you this item would be curb side delivery only as it is palletised. We did send you an email with this information on and it also said the driver will assess the property upon his arrival. We offered you several other days for delivery and you could only provide us 2 days you were available. We also called you as we had cancellation and another date available the day after you refused delivery when your wife was home present with the driver, but this was not convenient for you. This delivery failed on Wednesday 4th May and we were already booked up the rest of that week. We were looking to re deliver the end of this week but we have since been informed this order was cancelled On Wednesday 11th May. Sorry this does not meet your expectations.
Garden arbour delivery
We received a delivery of a garden arbour kit yesterday, and the driver could not have been more helpful. He made sure the kit was complete and stacked safely in a convenient place. I would be very happy to use DB Freelance again.

Extra effort appreciated
I received my (really heavy) package as expected. The driver was excellent, it was heavier than I thought and somehow we managed to get it parked where I wanted it. We really appreciated the extra effort.

5 star delivery company
Delivered a 19’x10’ summerhouse. We offered to help but driver wouldn’t hear of it. He checked nothing was missing from the order and was extremely pleasant. Wish other companies could be as professional. We’ve had timber deliveries dumped on our driveway and parcels left on our doorstep, without the drivers advising they are there. Your delivery was a breath of fresh air. Driver an absolute Prince 👍

Delivery of garden shed
I had a garden shed delivered. I was kept fully informed of the delivery date and time. The shed panels were delivered without damage. The driver was friendly and helped move the panels into my garage for storage.
Overall a good experience.

Had a large garden shed delivered
Had a large garden shed delivered. The delivery guy was great at unloading it and bringing it in to the back garden and stacking it safely until I was able to erect the shed. I couldn't fault his assistance.

Playhouse for grandchildren
Although their was a bit of a delay with the cottage being delivered
It was delivered within the allocated day and time frame with a call from the driver approximately 15 minutes before delivery, the driver was very professional and delivered to the area as requested, the product was well packed and all items were intact and present
It was worth the wait and paying that little bit more than for other playhouses
My grandchildren love it so much they never want to come out and would even sleep in it if allowed
