Very bad experience with this company.

Very bad experience with this company.
Ordered a watch as a present on Saturday and was due to be here Tuesday on Wednesday for a notification that it was being delivered at a time and wasn’t delivered didn’t get any notification from them. I have sent two emails and heard nothing back very disappointing.

We are so sorry that your watch was re-directed by DPD as they had sent it to the wrong depot and unfortunately I didn't see your email as it went in to Spam. I have replied to your email and also tried to phone you, please contact me again on hello@dayt.ie if I can be of further help. I checked with DPD who are extremely apologetic and have informed me that your watch has been delivered. Best regards, Caroline

Waited a month just to get refunded

Terrible experience I ordered a watch as a gift, I was told it wasn’t in stock and then was offered watches that looked nothing like the one I had ordered, I asked how long till the watch would be back in I was told a week, the week goes by told another week till a month later I just get refunded a lot of hassle, chasing and stress over north

Great company to deal with

Great company to deal with. Barry was super helpful. My purchase was for a gift and I was really pleased to see how fast delivery was and how thoughtful the packaging was. Will definitely buy from Dayt again.

A Smooth return process

I had to return a watch , Barry at DAYT was so helpful throughout and constantly in touch with me , he sent me a new watch within days . A very satisfied customer .

I purchased the Citizen Calibre 8700

I purchased the Citizen Calibre 8700, a quality timepiece. A quality shopping experience also. Fluid like transaction and an excellent customer support service from Barry. I would highly recommend DA:YT for any purchase, you won't regret it.

Excellent customer service

Bought a DW watch for my daughter online from DAYT and despite the courier losing it it initially, I cant commend their customer service enough. Their representative Barry stayed in contact me throughout, kept me updated and pursued the matter with the courier. It was all resolved satisfactorily. The watch came beautifully packaged, perfect for a gift. Would not hesitate to recommend DAYT.

Reliable Company with Excellent Service.

I am so very impressed with this Irish company and their service. I ordered a Tissot T-Lady watch for myself as a special birthday present and I was delighted when it arrived only 3 days later and it is fabulous! I absolutely love it! I’m so happy with the product and the excellent service I received. I recommend this company 100%, very reliable and timely..definitely go ahead and order if you’re considering it.

I received a beautiful Tommy Hilfiger watch last week. Packaging was perfection & the watch is beautiful. The website is so easy to navigate & makes the experience fantastic. Will shop again via Dayt
