I would say that the product itself is not at all as great as I expected. I don’t think the head light shines nearly as bright as I thought it would. I’m sorry 😣 I bought it. I have a big floor lamp from your company and I love that light.

My wee lamp is gorgeous. My friends were so taken with how a compact lamp can give off so much light. I do love Daylight lights.

The big plus is I've had this light for about 6 years now, it's still going strong and the one time recently that I've tried asking support for help when it was on the fritz the support person was very helpful and pointed me in the direction of the solution. Thought that I'd honestly just have to replace the light, but no! I recommend Daylight to anyone asking about desk lights for hobbies!

The neck lamp is very adjustable with different warmth and brightness settings. Really directs the light to where you need it. Very handy as keeps both hands free.

I knew it would work like it should work because your products do that... and it did!!! It is bright, it can be focused where ever it needs to be and I love the barrels that I can turn. I have many different kinds of Daylight lamps and love all of them for their various purposes--from sewing to seeing true colors when working with stained glass to reading, nothing compares! I love the lighted magnifier on the floor stand and have 2 I find indispensable.

Every product I’ve ordered has been of great quality. My newest purchase is the neck light. It’s perfect for all the handwork and knitting that I do.

The delivery was as promised. The lamp was easy to put together and delivers the light quality that we were after. Very happy with this product at the [resent moment.

Customer service went by the wayside when I wanted to return my item due to quality in person not like that advertised. If a customer is not satisfied with the product, it should be returnable in full to include shipping. Unfortunately, “company policy” has that somewhere in small writing that the shipping fee will not be covered. After returning my table, top lamp and paying $61 to do so, communication just stopped with customer service. I then received an email that my item was received and refunded which didn’t show up for almost a week in my account. Very disappointed in the quality and the return process resulting in zero customer satisfaction.

I do a lot of close work on a sewing machine, artwork and textiles. The daylight bulbs makes a huge difference to being able to see properly. Regardless of wearing the reading classes or not. I can't recommend them enough so I have done with family and friends.
