It is great place to visit. Great atmosphere and a wide variety of products available to purchase.

Having previously purchased gifts for my partner from the Bamford Barn by phoning Sue the then manager, I attempted to do the same this year. I was told on two different occasions that there was a problem getting through to the Barn but that they would send a message asking them to contact me.Sometime later I received an apologetic email from “Emily and the team “ which I replied to making a request and since that time have heard nothing back from them. Very disappointed

Very good customer service recovery when my large bowl arrived broken. Prompt replacement arrived a few days later.

Ordered my Christmas gift boxes at the shop, super organised and came as and when I asked. The staff were so helpful and the shop sells very tasteful things, you can spend hours of time there and money.
The restaurant is amazing too, all good quality food.
We spent a couple of days there and attended a wreath making class too.
Can’t wait to return again and make use of the spa there !

It was cold sitting in the conservatory area for our coffee. Also, our coffee was tepid. We mentioned this to our waitress.

I ordered the Organic Hamper for my brother following major surgery, to support his immune system and recovery. The produce was excellent and beautifully packaged. But, what impressed me mostly, was when I accidentally added the wrong delivery date, a staff member not only answered my call promptly but made sure my hamper went out on the desired delivery date, no questions asked. At a time when even the smallest mishaps feel overwhelming, Daylesford eased the pressure and offered kindness and understanding. This generosity of spirt went a long way. Thanks Daylesford Farm!!!

Quality of the products are second to none

The candle arrived well packed and in good time.

Not really sure why I paid anything for the Christmas market? I was given a half cup of hot chocolate and everything else was stalls shilling their wares

Purchased more of the bone broth soups, very tasty a delicious healthy soup and delivered on time, lovely company to deal with, will be buying more

We dined in the Trough on a Tuesday afternoon and the food was lovely with fresh ingredients.
Unfortunately the service wasn’t very attentive, we waited a long time to be served and we appeared to be forgotten about by the waiting staff once they were all seated for a team event.

Everything is so exciting although expensive. I like to see and touch beautiful things for the house and have ideas for my home and garden.

A visit to Daylesford Organic is always a special experience for us but today disappointingly it wasn’t. We travelled there especially to buy some pheasant for a special lunch, but unfortunately we were served by a grumpy and very unhelpful butcher which spoilt our normal shopping experience. All of the other team were as always friendly and helpful, such a shame how one member of the team lets the side down!

The environment of daylesford is superb the products are amazing but what makes it really special are the staff who go above and beyond themselves to make your visit extraordinary they are so courteous, kind and helpful and know their products. We have had a wonderful visit and can’t wait to come back!
