I would use again. Pity about the courier
The goods were left unprotected outside. It wasn't raining otherwise it would have been a disaster.
The packaging was inadequate.
The price was reasonable

Goods Arrived in a Shocking Condition
The packaging that I had ordered took 5 days to arrive and when it eventually arrived, all the external packaging was falling apart leaving my goods totally exposed to the elements. Such an appalling service especially from a packaging company. I won't be ordering from DavPack again.

I have ordered many times from DavPack in the last few years and there has never been a problem. On this occasion there was a picking error where 1 pack of boxes was missing. I called Davpack at 11am, was answered promptly by a human (no automated assistant or endless menu of choices). They immediately arranged for the missing item to be sent. It arrived at 9am the next day. The true test of a good company is not when things go smoothly, but how well they respond if there is a problem. Davpack are outstanding !!!!
