David James Estate Agents Omdömen

We recently sold our house with David James Carlton Office. They have been absolutely amazing, after 8 months with another large agency we switched to David James, they sold the house in a week! the new board wasn’t even up and we got the price we wanted.
Natasha our contact has been outstanding with regular update calls, chasing communications for us and nothing was too much effort.
We can not rate them highly enough. Absolutely outstanding and definitely earned their fee.
Many thanks Natalie

We have just completed on a very complicated chain , I would like to thank Susan Buttress who supported us throughout and was amazing from start to finish , I would highly recommend David james estate agents

Kerry is a very friendly, determined professional who was very understanding and patient. She was great and keeping me updated and very responsive. Kerry genuinely acted in my best interests where appropriate. She made a challenging situation so much easy to cope with. Thank you so much Kerry.

David James sold our home in Nottingham they were brilliant from start to finish. The Arnold branch manager Kerry & her team were so honest & helpful we can’t recommend them enough. Moving home is very stressful & they guided us through to a successful conclusion after one or two setbacks in the beginning when our first buyer suddenly pulled out. Thank you

Rushed on viewing placed and offer zero correspondence and when chased up it was sold. Great service!

This company tried to illegally remove a hedgerow during breeding season and their employee
Bekki Sparks was verbally abusive when lawyers and ecologists tried to tell her what the law was. It was incredibly unprofessional behaviour and I would not recommend dealing with a company that allows that.

We'd like to thank David-James for selling our 6th property. James has been on our journey for the past 10 years. He's always given his time to answer questions about the market areas & given sound advice. Both teams at Carlton & Mapperley are always very helpful, professional & diligent.

We've just moved with David James in a small chain and Natasha at DJ has been absolutely brilliant. Informative, proactive and available. Made the whole process much easier - went above and beyond.

Drove 6 hours round trip met owner who wasn't expecting me and he showed me around nice place then he told me that the last purchaser backed out because there is a issues with the lease .thanks David James for telling me they were aware of my journey involved.

Great service from David James Mapperley. Professional service, quick sale and always got through to someone in the office easily. Vicky Ingham, negotiator did an amazing job, thank you!

Absolutely awful service, always completely out of the loop and essentially did nothing but cause problems and make the sale take weeks longer than it should of!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Used David James in Arnold to sell our house, found them to be quite unreliable, would not recommend if you are selling.

1st class service from David James on all levels. Lawful advice on tenancy issues through to a final sale. Its hard work and demanding but this estate agent along with Natasha make the whole process so much easier. Would never consider using any other agent in Nottinghamshire apart from David James for the whole service.

In the Spring of 2020, amidst all the upheaval caused by the pandemic, was in the unfortunate position of needing to sell my late mother's house. From first contact to completion, the staff at David James in Arnold were excellent. They dealt with a grieving family with compassion and understanding but continued with their very professional approach. I cannot thank them enough and would commend their services to any would be buyer or vendor.
