Can't make a complaint
Mostly a complaint, I made three payments yesterday 2 of £59.99 and one of 23.99, all being rejected by my bank, which I only found out this morning, phoned my bank sorted it out and account shows payment now made, however I still can't send messages or anything which cost anything. Have searched the site and cannot find anywhere to ask what is happening. Also there is nowhere to check how many credits remaining.

DECEPTIONS
I came to this system hoping to connect and find at least a corresponding friend. What I experience is a night mere of endless spending. Every communication is monitored and edited at times to remove any direct connection. This is a money making, money spending machine taking advantage of vulnerable people. Hundreds spent yet no direct contact enabled.

I like taking things slow, and your site offers this, and I met a nice lady I would like to get to know. One small issue I noticed is that I was logged out once unexpectedly and had to sign in again,which was a bit annoying. It happened three time already. Aside from that it's nice and cleam, ty!
