They advertise Price Guarantee but that claim is simply not true. I purchased a SONY memory card from them through the Best Buy website. They are a 3rd party reseller. A day after I ordered it I noticed that SONY is selling it for $20.01 less than Datavision. But I didn’t worry because Datavision says buy with confidence because they have a price guarantee. I just called and was told that they have no price protection and they will charge 15% to restock it. So I asked what their Price Guarantee means and was told that they didn’t know because this never happened before.

Ordered a Samsung SSD for about $350. It was supposed to ship the same or next day. Two days after placing my order, DataVision created a Fedex Label. Two weeks and several phone calls later, they had still not actually shipped it. Had to contact my cc for a charge back. So much for my theory of supporting small business. Better to pay a higher price at a big box retailer I guess. Never again!

I purchased a laptop on Amazon from a third-party seller called Datavision. When I received it, I attempted to turn it on but couldn't log in or create a new account because it was stuck on a page asking me to connect a keyboard. I contacted Apple Customer Care, and when they asked for the serial number, I noticed that the serial number on the laptop didn't match the one on the box (a major red flag). I decided to return it the next day and reported the issue to Amazon, explaining that I had been scammed. I sent the computer back, but Datavision refused to refund me. Despite multiple calls to Amazon, they only directed me to email their Account Specialist, making it impossible to speak with a real person. I sent all the pictures and videos of the computer, but Amazon responded that Datavision received a computer with the wrong serial number (which is true), but it's the computer I received from them. THEY STOLE $4,000

Run away. These are scammers. They stole my item and my money both. They would never give me th item or the refund. Then they stopped responding

Delivered fast, but the outside of the packaging is damaged on the corner and there is a little scratch on the surface of thre speaker
