Dashmedia promised a polished website and great service....but all I got were excuses and long periods of "no responses" but when it came to getting their payment at our introduction they were relentlessly chasing me for the funds in full!!! What makes it worse is that my website should have been very easy to do as it only has 4 pages basic colours. This has setback my business for months and as you guessed "no refund no website" just a corporate wall of SILENCE!!

The team at Dash Media are Fantastic. After carrying out a recent MBO, they fully understood my assignment and tailor made the company a new brand.

From designing the new company logo, website and graphics we now appeal to new clientele thus is evident in the new leads we are receiving.

We’ve worked with Reece long before Dash even existed, going back over 8 years. That relationship has grown with the Dash team over time, and this year we celebrated 30 years of Tapas with a full website redesign.

The new site looks incredible, and the photography and videography Dash provided really brought the look and feel of our venue to life. Just wanted to say a proper thank you for the ongoing support — the standard has always been high, and the team continue to deliver.

We’ve been running since the early 2000s and Dash have been managing the site for years, so when it came time to turn our 48-hour online consultation service into a proper mobile app, they were the obvious choice.

We opened our 2nd flagship restaurant in 2022 and brought Dash in to help strengthen and expand the Babul’s brand. They helped define our guidelines — from colour palettes to tone of voice — and have since delivered everything from new packaging to menus to a completely fresh website.

What really stood out though, was how far they went in reflecting who we are. Our interior is completely bespoke — plastered walls, foliage features, a branded bar, custom furniture — and Dash took the detail of that and translated it digitally. You’ll see our textures, lighting and design features woven into the site.

Since then, they’ve stayed involved with ongoing social content, branded graphics, seasonal menu changes and everything in between. Easy to work with and always on-brand.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Reece Hanlon and his incredible team at Dash Media for their superb effort on the Waterfall Challenge website. We're only at the first draft stage, but I’m absolutely blown away by what’s been delivered so far.

The turnaround has been impressively quick, and it's clear that the team is not only highly skilled but also deeply committed to going above and beyond to ensure the website is exactly how we envision it. Nothing has felt like too much trouble — their responsiveness, creativity, and attention to detail have made the whole process smooth and exciting.

Absolutely disastrous experience. Lost nearly £25k with them and nearly 2 years of my life. Not to mention loss of income, reputation among stakeholders and endless frustration.

Signed up with them for an online portal in March 2023, original contract stated 10 weeks, which should've been a red flag already. 18 months later NOTHING has been done, apart from graphic design. Let me repeat - 18 months and NO PROGRESS with coding the website. All I had along the way was false promises, missed deadlines, or just silence (I mean no reply to my email for 1-2 weeks from any of the team). To get hold of Reece, one of their bosses was nearly impossible, until you hinted money. Then he would be around me within minutes and full-on for the next few days. Out of desperation (and probably stupidity) I even offered them an extra incentive to finish the project to a new deadline, as I already invested a lot of money with them. We signed new papers, they gave me even more "guarantees", and guess what.... nothing. No progress, no refund, no guarantees. They even dissolved the company and created a new one with very similar name (I let you check Dash Media on Company's House) to - presumably - avoid responsibilities and paying due taxes. This information and reports are freely available on public domain, so have a closer look at the business yourself before you sign anything. I attach screenshots to this post (again, it's a public information, accessible to everyone, so I don't breach any regulations - in case someone from Dash had an idea of reporting it to google).

The only genuine person in the whole company I can name is Johny - their graphic designer, really talented guy. But this is the only positive experience I had with them. Rest of it is just horrendous.

They will probably reply (like to the others) that this is a fake statement, I can assure you it isn't.

I will probably never get my money back, so please take this as a warning of what you can expect.

Yet another proof how unprofessional and untrue to any values this company is to this day.
They had the cheek to reply and paste in my website address claiming this is their work. What audacity!!

After months of wait and no results from Dash Media I took the graphic design to a Polish company, Iguana Studio (feel free to check their website or contact them: Iguanastudio.pl) who did an amazing job, on time and on budget.
It is extremely appalling Dash is trying to claim credit for someone else's job after all. Suppose it just shows their ethics and company culture

I cannot thank Dashmedia enough for their incredible support and expertise. OMG what a nightmare of an experience we have received from Dash Media Productions Ltd.
We are looking at potentially initiating a Court case with them for breach of contract. They make excuses regularly, communication is very poor with their default line being;
'I will pass this on, I will send this up to senior management and get you an update'!

Nothing ever comes back and as a loyal customer of them for over 3 years we are ignored and not looked after.

Their pricing structure changes from what is initially agreed and then you are informed that services will be turned off with demands made to pay by day end when no payments are due. This left us in fear that emails would be turned off so we have paid.

This has been a regular experience of ours, costing us thousands and thousands of pounds to date and our own business reputation has suffered.

Our experience with this company was very much one with lots of frustrations and heartache. Asked tasks were not done in a timely manner when they should have been, with no clear timeline and their service provided for us 'intermittent' emails. They sometimes worked and sometimes did not and when these issues were reported as affecting our business Dash Media Productions Ltd did not prioritise this for our company leaving our business suffering from our own deadlines.

The stress has been unreal. Our experience with Dash Media Productions LTD show they do not care, have little compassion or any thought for their customers. We felt that they made us as a small business suffer under our contract with them.

I have read lots of their reviews and all the one star reviews are spot on with our experiences around exactly what service and experience we have received.

It is not a weakness to be 'called out' on your business conduct and customer service values, it is a learning opportunity for change, development and putting wrongs right starting with honesty and integrity!

Dash take time and they listen ! They took all requirements on board and have been well organised and great communicators throughout our Website planning, build and launch.

We’ve had a very positive experience working with Dash on creating a new website for New Era Global Sports, a company specializing in sports management and representing elite athletes worldwide. We approached Dash with the goal of designing a modern, custom-built website that could reflect our brand, showcase our services, and meet the tight deadlines for upcoming events and launches.

Dash have provided excellent customer service to me since making my first enquiry. They listened to my requirements and delivered a comprehensive and competitive proposal in response which accurately met the needs I had expressed. Currently still in the development stage however I have been 100% satisfied at every point so far. They communicate clear timeliness and processes and have fulfilled their commitments at every step - shout out to Johnny who followed by design brief and came back with exactly what I wanted in the first draft! I would highly recommend.

The annual price pretty much doubled, for no clear reason. When I asked what this was for, I was sent a copy of the T's and C's, which did not give any indication of a 95% price rise. Simply that "The cost of your renewal is dynamically calculated based on a comprehensive evaluation of various factors, including but not limited to, the resources you require, Dash Media Productions Ltd's provider costs, overhead expenses, and the specific needs, services, and requests of your project."

I have requested minimal content changes - a bit of text, a few photos, redirecting a link - in the entire time I've been with Dash, and now the annual fee is higher than the initial build.

Dash Media stood out from everyone I'd looked at previously. They never tried to sell me a standard package, they listened to what I did, what I needed and worked with that. The options on designs were great, rebranding fresh and process quick and easy.
