Vorsicht, minderwertige Kleidung, Rücksendung geht nach China
Minderwertige Kleidung. Übermäßig groß und einfache Verarbeitung. War bei Bestellung nicht ersichtlich dass Rücksendungen nach China versendet werden müssen. Es entstehen hohe Portokosten und man muss sich mit Zoll in Verbindung setzen. Nur Ärger und Frust, nie wieder.

Where you don’t ship
Did not know there was a difficulty in shipping to Hawaii until we were completely at the end, then I had to arrange with my daughter to receive the package and then send it on to me.

I ordered a lovely whaleshark hoodie from dashingsoul, the courier in the UK DPD delivered my order to the wrong address but I was out of the country. I emailed them and they immediately responded apologised and confirmed they would dispatch another which I received from a different courier with no delays. I was very impressed with the high quality customer service and the tone of emails from them which was super helpful. The hoodie itself is beautiful I love it it’s really pretty and very warm I’d very much recommend the company

My top I ordered was a large and it was too big. The fabric doesn’t shrink so I needed a Medium. They allowed a return. They said that they would send a replacement for free. I am anxious to get this as I really love their designs and will be a repeat customer. A good company makes the customer happy…When I receive the corrected size Medium I will be totally happy.
