First time using this shop. Very good service from start. Delivery was prompt but post office delivered wrong parcel days before xmas. This was corrected fast and we received our correct parcel. Sign of good co when they address problems promptly. 👏👏👏☺️

I recently made a purchase from Darthome via their site darthome.co.uk and was quite pleased overall. The wicker basket I ordered was of excellent quality and very durable. I did encounter a bit of inconsistency with the jars, as the colors varied noticeably, which was a bit disappointing. However, the customer service was fantastic. When I had to return a lamp that wasn't suitable for my needs, the process was smooth, and the refund was immediate. I also received beautiful autumn stacking mugs that arrived swiftly and in perfect condition. The overall experience was topped off by fast delivery. I'll definitely consider shopping with them again.
