Hello and welcome to our website, we are a family run business who specialize in die-cast models based in Darlington and we have been established since June 2020. We are an online retailer who sell a range of rare models which are extremely hard to find in the UK, they are all in excellent condition which includes Corgi, Matchbox, and Dinky plus much more! We also have a range of TV and Film favourites including Batman, James Bond and Back to the Future. We regularly have promotions and discounts, and at the moment the majority of our stock currently have a sale where you could save up to 25% off, which are advertised on our Facebook and Instagram pages, We deliver all throughout the UK.

I ordered a very special gift…
I ordered a very special gift for a girlfriend and, because of a breakdown in communications that had NOTHING TO DO with Darlington Diecast, I started to become anxious that the delivery would not be made in time.
Consequently, I rang them quite a few times, anxious and frustrated, and THEY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER OR MORE HELPFUL.
Really, really friendly service. And best of all, the product I ordered is better than I could have imagined!!!

Superb service
Superb service. Went to shop for one specific car that web site said they had. All the Staff spent way more than 5 minutes trying to locate it. Just about every other shop would have said "Web site is wrong" and given up after 30 seconds. Eventually they did locate it and they even discounted it as it had taken so long to unearth it! How many shops would do that?

Slight mishap but immediately reached out to correct.

But… because the original prices were so cheap, it still worked out costing less than anywhere else I had seen my items (hence me still giving four stars)
Edit. Darlington Diecast did reach out straight away to rectify what I already guessed was a innocent mistake and have changed my rating (Shops like these are a godsend and I don’t believe they should be ‘punished’ for a genuine mistake)
