Hey Michael, I’m sorry to hear you were frustrated. I just wanted to clarify that your order was shipped shortly after your review was posted, and tracking details should now be in your inbox.

I completely understand how important clear communication is, However as a small business I always encourage customers to reach out first if they have any questions or concerns before leaving a negative review as I'm more than happy to help with any questions or queries.
Just to clarify on why you may feel the order was taking longer than expected, There is a 3-4 working day production time frame for all orders as every product is printed/embroidered in house to order. I see you placed your order on a Saturday and the following monday was a bank holiday here in the UK so the production window started on Tuesday, this in turn did create a little backlog of orders so unfortunately your order was only able to be posted today.

Quality items
Have got multiple things from darkasday and they always deliver. The hoodies are amazing quality alongside the tees and hats, sick designs and quick postage. Only suggestion is bring back the old style of tote as they were lush, fav bag going haha

Decent quality T-shirt, good print too.
I ordered a t-shirt for my son's birthday, it arrived the day before, which was great. Lovely quality and print. He's had them in the past so we know they wash well. Good price for a quality T-shirt.

Ordered a t-shirt as a gift and needed…
Ordered a t-shirt as a gift and needed to return it as the person I was gifting it to had recently bought the same one so I wanted to swap for a different shirt. The owner, Rob, is so lovely and responded quickly and helpfully to all my emails. When he couldn’t get the refund to work he set up a coupon code to use for the t-shirt instead which worked straight away. Wonderful customer service!

Amazing small business
Ordered a cap, t-shirt and print for a gift. Everything came really quickly and the quality is amazing! A different cap to what I purchased arrived (not a big deal as everything from this shop is class) I emailed in and Rob responded quick as. He was so lovely and told me to keep the cap and he posted out another free of charge!! Customer service is second to none. I will be purchasing more from this amazing small business and will tell anyone who listens to order as well! 10/10 would recommend!

Firstly, the T-shirt itself is of top notch quality, not to mention the the artwork on it.
The service you get is the best I've ever experienced. I'd placed the order to my old address, so I emailed them. My app was playing up so I messaged them on Instagram and they had already replied to my email but still took the time to let me know they'd redirected it in the most friendly way.
I cannot recommend these guys enough for the quality, the incredible designs and artwork and the customer service.
