These guys suck. Are they a scam? Not necessarily. You’ll receive your order eventually, but be ready for week long handling times, another week for shipping, all to get a beaten package. I bought four items at once from these guys and was not impressed whatsoever. They charge for terrible shipping and charge for returns. Worst of all they make you create an account no matter what you’re trying to do. I made a Trustpilot account solely to hate on Dans Comp, which should show how awful they are.

Well.... I ordered two bolts(front,back wheel) and a rear hub guard. Not knowing that the bolts where on back order, thinking that this would only be about 3-5 days wait. Since Dans Comp has a small warehouse in NC. I did send an email to them and they did respond fairly quickly. So, sometime in about another (approximately) 4-5 days I should receive my order.
Well, see how this works out.

Always, quick and the best prices! My order had 2 brand new tubes that had holes in. I emailed them Within 12 hours, they are sending me 4 tubes, rush delivery! Cant ask for better customer service! Shout out to Colin!

I was trying to find parts to restore an old Haro BMX bike & stumbled upon Dan's Comp. I thought I ordered 2 matching tires but somehow only ordered 1, they and everyone else in the world were out of stock of a 2nd tire. Customer service called me a few hours after I complained via email. In a 15 minute call he gave me some credit for return shipping, sent the return shipping label, and had me send a pic to verify if a part would be compatible with my bike. I have not experienced customer service this great in over a decade! Great job guys!

Danscomp has a wide variety of products and usually shipping doesn't take more than a week.

I buy most of my bike parts from Dan's Comp. Twice I have dealt with their customer service and they have went above and beyond to help me out. Kristen help me last time and she was quick, helpful and super nice. Thanks Kristen and Thanks Dan's Comp.

Well, both times I bought something from them, it took around 2 months for my stuff to arrive which is unacceptable in my book. I was very anxious and very angry because I shop from other countries as well and it never took more than 16 days, also my son kept asking me where are his stuff! However, the staff was very helpful, patient with me, they always shipped my stuff the same day and even gave me my money back when it took really too long for my item to arrive. Even though I know that it’s not their fault for getting my stuff always so very very delayed, I’m giving them 4 stars, because they know that it’s APC postal service that is S**t, (once I’m done here, will go and give them their 1 star review that they rightfully deserve) and they still continue to do business with them! A staff member told me that almost all their international shipments gets delayed and I understand a delay for a few days but I don’t understand a 40 days delay in one case and even more days in another case!
