Great experience
Daniel makes an unpleasant experience (waxing) as positive as possible. Appointments are easy to make and the price is right. I’ve been to some larger Spa’s in the past but the service Daniel provides is far superior.

Daniel is a skilled individual in Men's body wax
Daniel is always charming, positive, and very down to earth. He's professional, intelligent, and very enthusiastic at the same time and always ensures that customer gets best experience with the services they requested for. For some reasons, my arm wax request didn't go through the reservation due to some sort of errors but he mentioned not to worry and added that service in the package by spending 20 additional minutes out of his busy schedule.

I do want to clarify that our space is located on a lower level, which we mention on our website. I understand that for someone of your height, it might feel a bit more cramped, but we do have a larger room available that may be more comfortable for you. That room also has a fireplace, so it could offer a more relaxed atmosphere for your next visit.
Regarding the pressure during your massage, we always make it a point to ask our clients if the pressure is just right throughout the session. We’ll be more than happy to adjust the pressure to your liking next time!
Lastly, I understand that the shaved arms were an issue. I can’t control everyone’s hair growth, but I totally get that it can affect your comfort level. If you'd prefer, we can arrange for Daniel Ray, who has no arm hair, to perform your massage next time.
