Multi-award winning, British jewellery designer Daniella Draper graduated with a degree in Jewellery Design from Central St. Martins in 2009 and returned to her home roots of Lincolnshire to start her business. Inspired by nature, history, travel and romance, Daniella makes high quality pieces to stand the test of time, creating future heirlooms for now and generations to come.
An independent family-run business with six standalone stores in the UK, including Cleethorpes, Lincoln, Beverley, Grimsby, Leeds and Windermere. All pieces are handcrafted in England using recycled silver or gold, and ethically sourced gemstones. Lovely staff ❤️
The staff couldn't have been anymore helpful, i had to order the ring i wanted and they made sure it was delivered before my birthday, would definitely visit the shop again and recommend it to my family and friends ❤️

Jewellery shopping on a bank holiday
Whilst looking at the diamond rings we were given an ice cold glass of Prosecco !

Windermere store
I visited the Windermere store and it was fabulous! Beautiful store and excellent customer service. Hayley was lovely, I had my eye on a couple of pieces and wanted to see them in person, she helped me choose the perfect ring to suit me. Thank you. Exceptional customer service from start…
Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Olivia was so helpful with sizing advice when I ordered my ring, and when I unfortunately got the size wrong, she went above and beyond to speed up the exchange process and make sure it arrived before my holiday.
Nothing felt like too much trouble, and the communication throughout was brilliant. It’s rare to receive such thoughtful and personal service nowadays, so I really wanted to leave a review to say thank you.
Absolutely love the ring and would highly recommend.

If all companies had customer service this good, and products of such high quality, the world would be a happier place! Highly recommend. I bought a letter necklace a few months ago and then recently decided I would like to add two extra bits to it. I asked by email, they replied quickly saying no problem with clear instructions and information, I sent it back to them (free of charge!), the cost to have what I wanted done was extremely reasonable - literally the cost of the extra bits - it has been returned to me and I love it! Overall, the cost of their products seem as they should be, high quality items, attention to detail is lovely, super friendly and helpful staff. Olivia helped me - thank you Olivia! I will recommend to friends and I will be back!

Whenever I visit the Daniella Draper store in Beverley I always receive fantastic customer service. The staff are so welcoming and the service is both exemplary and personal. The product range in store is fantastic and items are always well presented both in store and when packaged to be taken home.
I have had a number of my items for some years and the quality is great, the look is timeless and my items look as good now as the day I bought them.

The staff were really helpful, and helped me with my choice and gave me additional ideas to add to my bracelet at another time. Victoria and Sarah were friendly, and helpful and polite (not pushy). Bonus money off reward, as purchased items before. Grimsby store Great. Yes i will go back.
