An independent family-run business with six standalone stores in the UK, including Cleethorpes, Lincoln, Beverley, Grimsby, Leeds and Windermere. A now very happy customer
I received 3 pieces from my husband and children for a milestone birthday. Upon opening the first one and removing it from the pouch the bracelet snapped in my hand. The solder was poor and non existent on the link that had broken.
The second item which was a bangle felt misshapen on my wrist and not like my other DD bangles. I was really disappointed and it really took the shine off my birthday.
We returned them to the Grimsby store. We found the manager to be dismissive and rude. She made me feel like I was being a pain and questioned my concerns over the bangle. The sales assistant was lovely but it’s a shame about the manager.
I have purchased and been gifted many Daniella Draper pieces but this experience means unfortunately I won’t purchase any further items.
I understand that on rare occasions the usual quality isn’t met and this wouldn’t have discouraged me from purchasing again but the customer service was upsetting and not something I want to experience again.
UPDATE…Amelia was superb with dealing with any issues raised and has more than restored my faith. She really cares about the customer experience and took time to speak to me. Such a fantastic customer service team. I look forward to purchasing many more beautiful pieces. Many thanks again.

Exceptional jewellery and customer experience
The jewellery at Daniella Draper is stunning, I have brought various items and all of which is excellent quality.
I have visited the Lincoln store a few times and all the staff are so caring and helpful especially the manager who has helped me so much to purchase the right thing and I’ve always felt welcome and cared for exceptional customer experience which is absolutely second to none - they staff are a credit to Daniella Draper.
I have also purchased directly from head office and again the customer service and delivery has been exceptional and helpful helping me make the right choice. I would highly recommend Daniella Draper.

Lincoln store, always amazing!
I have been a customer for several years, loving the amazing quality of all the products. Usually visit the Lincoln store, all the staff are brilliant, always so keen to be as helpful as possible. The last few visits I have been assisted by Tracy who has absolutely sparkled with her personal and knowledgeable customer service. I can’t thank her enough for being so helpful and friendly.
