The reviews on their website are misleading, they only show 4-star reviews or higher. I know because I sent a 2-star review that was never posted.

I bought the new 1972 chrono. The watch looked nice but unfortunately, it had a flaw, so I had to return it.

I read about people having issues with the minute hand. Those issues are still present in the new movement.

The refund did take quite a while.

I was looking forward to purchasing other watches from them but my experience with the 1972 gives me pause.

Read the reviews here carefully before purchasing. If I could give a zero for the service I received I would.

The watch itself is lovely. Being in the UK I had planned to order one watch and depending on the quality to order a few more that I really liked.

However the customer service is a disaster! I have never received such a rude, sarcastic email in my life.

There was a shipping issue caused by the courier Dan Henry were using and I simply provided my feedback that I was not happy and wanted an apology from someone senior that I had not received my watch.

A few quotes from the email I received back from the Customer Service team:

"Before writing "very poor way to do business" or "disappointed customer" or "someone senior" re-read our last email"

"There is no one else above me but the owner, Dan Henry himself, who will not contact you because he is the owner,
and he has important things to do. That would be the equivalent of asking to talk with Tim Cook about your iPhone."

"We are the ones trying to help you and yet, we are the ones to which you send your complaints and offensive emails.
Honestly, we are the ones disappointed right now."

At no point did I write any offensive emails to these people. I am completely put off purchasing from this company again. Who know's what would happen if something went wrong with the watch.

Watch bezel is incorrectly set and does not line up with the dial.
Customer service says they can't do anything about it and pretty much don't care.

Die Verarbeitung ist sehr einfach (sowas kenn ich von Uhren in der 30€ Klasse), die Anmeldung einer Retoure war eine regelrechte Odyssee ?, sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt . War das 1. und letzte mal dass ich dort bestellt habe.

Good watch design (ala Furlan Marri way), very bad customer support and filled of paid and non ethical advertising.

The watches are absolutely gorgeous and I love the historic references. Good value, too, they are made in China but well made.They are not for everyone but If you love vintage watches with a modern twist, they are great. Re the shipping areas, this is made clear on the website. The reviewer Peter K probably lives in the UK and has additional shipping and tax costs due to brexit, for the EU it is free!

I sent a genuine query to them about their “free worldwide shipping” as I was considering buying a watch, and they do look really nice, but was getting a $25 shipping charge. But I received a sarcastic and unhelpful reply insisting their message was “clear” and telling me that there are exceptions to their free shipping “all over the world” and how it’s only free shipping to the “main” countries. The way they framed their reply told me all I needed to know about buying a product from them and indicates how they would deal with you as a customer if there was a problem. I guess “Free worldwide shipping - but neither free or worldwide” is less catchy, if a bit more honest. But my main feedback would be to try and be polite to your customers.

The watch overall is decent, but the bezel on my 1970 dive retro style moves a bit throughout the day and functionally makes the dive feature useless for me - hence the low rating. Furthermore, customer service brushed me off 2 days after receiving my order and notifying them of the issue. They said it is now "used" and therefore cannot be returned, despite my report of a functional issue. So I must say the customer service is unreliable and I will not be purchasing from these folks in the future. I am very disappointed in my purchase particularly because of the response from the Dan Henry brand customer service rep on the problem. I want to dump my investment already!

Excellent value and after sales care. I smashed the crystal on the watch about a year after I purchased it as the they were excellent in finding a solution. Great value for money.

Bestellung und Lieferung problemlos, aber auf die Rückerstattung einer (Teil-) Rücksendung warte ich bis heute. Die Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten muss man zunächst per E-Mail ankündigen. Bevor man die polnische Rücksendeadresse erfährt, wird man aufgefordert, zunächst mehrere Fotos von den Produkten zu machen, damit auch ja keine Plastikfolie entfernt wurde. Da ein Versand mit Nachverfolgung und Unterschrift gefordert wurde, wählte ich einen versicherten DHL-Auslandsversand. Die Tracking-Nummer sollte ich gleich noch per Mail senden. Soweit alles erledigt. Nach 14 Tagen und zwei Anfragen dann die Überraschung: Ich solle doch die Unterschrift des Empfängers in Polen vorweisen. Tracking-Nummer und Zustellung erfolgreich interessierte nicht. Ohne Unterschrift keine Rückerstattung. Seit dem (ein paar Wochen) läuft eine Nachforschung bei DHL. Ich gehe davon aus, dass dies eine Masche des Herstellers ist. Ein Rechtsstreit lohnt sich natürlich nicht, über die Landesgrenze hinweg schon gar nicht. Ich kann nur hoffen, dass DHL einspringt und dringend davor abraten, etwas an Dan Henry zurück zu senden. Besser gar nicht erst bestellen. Nach Augenschein kann ich sagen, dass die Produkte den Preis nicht wert sind. Viel Marketing, gepusht durch beschenkte Influencer, aber minderwertige Qualität (günstige Uhrwerke, Mineralglas, einfachstes Finish). Die ultradünnen Lederarmbänder gibt es ohne Branding für ein paar Cent bei AliExpress. Ich hoffe ich kann den ein oder anderen vom gleichen Fehler abhalten.
