The best part for me is that it doesn’t feel like a chore. I can get some movement in, enjoy the music, and finish feeling better than when I started.

This program wasn't really what I was personally looking for (for personal reasons that have nothing to do with the quality of the program - I actually think that many people could really enjoy this program) but I had a good experience with the customer service. I signed up for a 7 days programme and I was then automatically charged for a monthly subscription. Nonetheless, when I wrote to them for a full refund, they understood my frustration and transferred the money back. So, I am satisfied with the customer service, they appear reasonable when you explain your issues in detail. I had to negotiate a little (2 emails), but in the end they saw reason.

Dancefitme has been a positive surprise. The workouts are beginner-friendly, but I still feel like I’m getting real exercise. That balance is hard to find.

Really pleased with both the app and the service. The workouts are enjoyable, and when I needed help, the support team responded fast and made everything simple.

I authorized only one subscription. I was later charged multiple times for add‑ons presented as free (E‑book, Yoga classes). Charges appeared as ‘DanceFitme Wan Chai Dist’. No active Apple subscription was visible. My bank had to cancel my card to stop charges. There was no straightforward way to cancel the subscription neither via the DanceFitme app nor via their website (no login available either).

Ich hatte für Dancefitme ein einmonatiges Probeabo abgeschlossen. Dieses wurde mir per Lastschrift berechnet und zusätzlich ein Yogaabo, welches ich nie genutzt habe und ein Fitness eBook, welches weder bestellt noch freigeschaltet habe. (Diese 3 Positionen - 13,42, 13,25 und 8,83 € wurden mir am 06.02.26 vom Konto abgezogen). Gestern 10.03.2026wurden mir zu meinem großen Erstaunen 35,15 €, 27,96 € und 18,04 € von dancefitme belastet. Ich hatte das Unternehmen angeschrieben und um Stornierung gebeten. Mir wurde eine 50 %ige Gutschrift auf das Abo vorgeschlagen oder eine kostenlose einjährige Verlängerung der Mitgliedschaft. Ich bin mittlerweile so verärgert, dass ich sogar mein langjähriges PayPal Konto geschlossen habe. Man ist diesen Betrügern willkürlich ausgeliefert. Ich habe kein Yogaabo abgeschlossen und auch kein eBook bestellt und das dancefitme wurde mir als Probemitgliedschaft verkauft.
Paypal hat mich in dieser Angelegenheit nicht unterstützt. So viel zum Thema Käuferschutz.

Signed up for 1 month. Then theycharged me again. Sent 2 emails asking then to not renew. Got 2 reply saying one of their team members will sort it out. NO got charged again. Had to cancel credit card.

I’ve been using DanceFitme for a while now and honestly really like it. It’s a fun way to work out, especially if you get bored with regular fitness apps. I like that there are different dance styles, so I can switch things up depending on my mood. It also feels suitable for different fitness levels, which makes it less intimidating. The app is easy to use overall, and it has helped me stay more consistent with exercising and weight loss. Sometimes I wish a few more classes were unlocked for free, but overall I think it’s definitely worth trying.

Signed up for 7 days. On day 4 I could not get to the exercise class as I was BOMBARDED by other offers from the company. Then I got a charge on my bank card for a yearly subscription which I definitely did not sign up for. Contacted them and it was reversed, only to be reinstated twice more. My bank eventually recognised what they deemed to be fraudulent activity and cancelled the card. A lot of bother unasked. DON'T USE THEM!

Really enjoying this app so far. It makes working out feel a lot less stressful and much more fun. I like that you can mix different dance styles instead of doing the same thing every time. It feels beginner-friendly, but there are still enough options to keep it interesting. The app is also simple to navigate, which I appreciate. A couple of features could be a little smoother, but nothing major. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun way to lose weight and stay active.

Achtung!! verstecke ABO Falle, sehr dreist, mir würde nach ein Paar Tagen erstmal Probe Woche, über 10 Euro, (damit war ich einverstanden), dachte ich schaue rein, und dann in einem Tag plötzlich Nachrichten: 2 Abbuchungen eine über 10 Euro und andere über 80 Euro auf einmal, also gut "abzockerisch" gedacht ich werde es die Verbraucherschützzentrale melden, mir ein Anwalt nehmen und überall posten die Wahrheit. NIE WIEDER!!! Niemals zum empfehlen

Wir haben eine Abo über 12 Monate abgeschlossen. Leider hatten wir in den letzten 8 Wochen einmal Zugriff auf die gebuchten Kurse. Das auch nur nachdem wir 7 Mails geschrieben haben. Kann ich wirklich niemandem Empfehlen

Scammers, I was charged for the dance App than another charge for an Ebook , and another charge for Yoga, both the latter two of which I was and am not interested in. Have been emailing them constantly regarding a refund for unwanted “add ons” they just never reply.
I was silly not checking them out more throughly. I have had to cancel my credit card and get a new one issued because of “DanceFitme” Grrrrrr. Better Me is a far safer option.

Son unos ladrones, cogí una oferta de prueba y no pude acceder a la aplicación porque no me enviaron ni usuario ni contraseña. Intento cancelar la suscripción y no hay manera.
Luego pasan a cobrarme 34,50€ todos los meses hasta dos veces.
Intento darme de baja y no hay tu tía!!
He pedido al banco que bloquee mi tarjeta y los voy a denunciar para que me devuelvan mi dinero.

I signed up for one three month program. They have an extremely bogus weight plan that I thought I clicked past but appeared as a download and was charged $25. I asked for a refund both with them and through form of payment and both refused. Truly a rip-off, and garbage low-quality content. Beware.
