The shoe size was too small, I can't even put them on, a 13US 12UK fit perfectly the ones I received is a size 10? And what I received is shoe totally different from a motorcycle boot. They are fraudulent theives.

This is a company to stay far away from.
Their customer service is the worst. I’ve experienced in a long time.
They want you to pay for there mistakes when they send you the wrong size they want you to pay to ship them back.
But I’ve looked it up according to both state and federal laws the seller can not charge to return product that were sent to you in the wrong size.
I used there sizing guide and the boot I received were not even close.
I am going to be filing a complaint to both state and federal consumer complaint department since is this is a foreign company.
But base on how the state and federal laws read my consult a class action attorney because based on other reviews, this was not the first time they’ve tried to charge people to return the product that were sent to them miss sized and maybe be subject to them selves to a class action suit.

Do not purchase from this company under any circumstances. They are fraudulent. I order and paid $70 for a pair of motorcycle boots size 10.5. I received a pair of size 7 dress shoes. The company offered $8 refund. Police should investigate.

DO NOT BUY SHOEs, QUALITY IS POOR !

These boots are rubbish!!
After just a week the padding in the heel wore down exposing the hard plastic. This resulted in holing my artic socks and giving me painful blisters on both heels.
I emailed the Dallander explaining the issue with pics and asked for either a replacement or refund. They
Said they wouldn’t do either as their
30 day refund time had passed, just.
I have since found out they are not even American as advertised, but cheap Chinese shit.

Bought the boots because they advertised made in USA, very poor quality and not the size they say. Asked to return and was told I would have to pay shipping fees to China. They advised gifting them and buying another pair. Take my advice and stay well away.

The service is absolutely disappointing. The quality is very poor compared to the price.

This company claims it’s shoes are designed and manufactured in the USA.

I questioned this by email and they confirmed this was true.

Imagine my surprise when the shipment was dispatched from Shenzhen in China.

The shoes are therefore made and dispatched from China and not the USA

Therefore I shall be making a complaint to the relevant authorities about this fraud and shall make a chargeback on my USA credit card too

I can confirm what the majority of other reviewers have said because my experience has been similar. The company is totally unresponsive. It's website says "We are unable to respond immediately due to a large number of inquiries. But we will definitely reply to you within 24 hours." That is a lie. They also claim to provide live chat and telephone support. Also a lie. They claim their boots are made in the USA but they ship out of China. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Absolutely a horrific experience. They advertise free returns and expected m to pay high shipping fee to China. They wouldn’t even me return address until after offer 10% off next purchase, $3, then $5 and max $8 and still expected me to pay for shipping. I contacted.PayPal & My credit card co. Ato file a dispute!!

Ordered motorbike boots. They were too small, did not at all match the image posted and totally unsuitable for a serious biker and would be quite unsafe. Having read reviews now my expectation of a refund is low

I would not give this company a one star for the quality of the riding boots I received but you have to give a rating to continue with the review. DO NOT purchase shoes (motorcycle riding boots) from this company. They are nothing like the boots they promoted on Instagram. They are cheap for a reason. The company would NOT refund my purchase. Once again DO NOT purchase shoes from them.

Absolutely the worst. Boots arrived in a bag shipped from China, Smashed up and 1 boot was the wrong size. 12 emails later, i still do not have a return address. They claim "Hassle-Free Returns" - A complete LIE.

This is a SCAM company. Their returns and refunds policy is just blowing smoke. They are fake and should be avoided at all costs. They give the impression they are American but they are Chinese. The boots I wanted magically disappeared online in my size. It was replaced by a different looking shoe. I queried this as I thought it might be a loading issue in their IT , and thought it might work out. NO, it did'nt. I have boots I did'nt want and am tired of the email traffic back and forth. Their customer service is a joke. Don't ask for anyone senior to help with the issue, they don't exist. Laughably they have offered me a $10.00 refund, a $5.00 refund and then finally a $3.00 refund. Make that make sense.! I have done my dough, but want you to know , don't let it happen to you. They are SCAMMERS and should be avoided.

Dallader is a SCAM!! They have a particular motorcycle boot that I was interested in , and when it came to size selection the boot changed to a different type of shoe. I thought it might be just a glitch in loading and alerted them to the fact, and went ahead anyway as I thought it would work out. NO. It did'nt and Dallader are not interested in fixing it. They are not interested in assisting with a return policy,...it all looks good on paper but they don't follow through. They laughably offered me initially a $10.. refund, then a $5.00 refund then a $3.00 refund. They give the impression that they are an American company, but they are a Chinese set up. It shows in the email traffic back and forth. I've done my dough on these shoes. I have asked them very directly if they manufacture the boot I want in the size I want and they do not answer the question. I am all for supporting genuine manufacturers and their product, but these SCAMMERS need to be howled out of town.

⚠️ WARNING ⚠️  to all those viewing the store Dallander website,  beware this is a SCAM SITE. My credit blocked them from the original charge. When I had my card unlocked Dallander submitted a second request for payment without my knowledge or consent DON'T make a purchase from this company.  I ordered 13.5 4e boots and was shipped 3 sizes too small. Dallander refused to work with me . Tried to bribe me with $3, $5, and $8 credit on $108 refund they refuse to compensate me for THEIR mistake and wanted me to pay for shipping back to them.$20 STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.  

What an absolute crock of crap!! False advertising!! Ordered a pair of size 13 boots which did not fit! They offered me a 5 dollar refund and they cost me £45 they said I could send them back to China!! Says on website easy refund are easy!!! What a joke ! Stay well clear!!!

Waited about a month for a pair of cheap and nasty plastic tat, in the wrong size...now they are quibbliand refusing to supply a returns address.
I will be warning everyone not to have anyting to do with them.

I would rate zero if it was allowed. The company is from China. The shoes are NOT America made.

They arrived TOO small to wear for 5 minutes. I tried to return them but you need to ship $75 shoes back at a cost over $100 to China. Customer is difficult to work with.

I would not recommend the products or company to anyone.

We ordered size 11 Wide and received 11 regular. I asked to exchange them for the correct size and was told I had to pay to return the incorrect size back to them and they would issue me a refund for the boots but not the shipping. They also say the boots are made and shipped from the USA, however, they came from China and I have to return them to China.
