I never received my product and they refused to give me a refund. This company is a scam.

I love the planners/journals and have purchased a number of them previously. They are quite expensive but I have always found them worthy of the cost.
I splashed out on the cover and refill this time, at about £80.00. These are undated so you can add your own in, except on one quarter, the squares to write the date in are black, so it's difficult to make out what you have written. A basic design flaw, but their response when I queried this was pretty poor. They then advised that the refill for the cover I have bought isn't available, and the refill planner that is available to buy doesn't fit the cover I have. So I totally wasted my money buying the cover and refill this year, because it is now useless. I can't understand why the refill that is available (business planner) isn't the same size as the success planner as this could then be purchased.
Disappointed and let down by a company that otherwise produces a great product. Currently looking for an alternative company that produces a refill that I can use with the cover I have purchased, in a bid to not have totally wasted my money.

Order item on the 25th of Nov and still awaiting delivery - the delivery that was Royal Mail 48 hrs! This cost me £9 for delivery. Poor comms from company

I bought the Dailygreatness business planner because it was recommended by a great professional.
It is December and my order seems to be lost. They didn't give me the link to track it and support is very slow to respond.
I have now asked for a refund.
Never again!

Returned items as they are huge, bulky and in my opinion quite confusing to use. I packaged unused items well and returned them to the address I was provided, within the 14 day no questions asked return guarantee. I have had no notice that they have been received. I have had no refund and all my emails have gone unanswered. I paid a lot of money and I am really disappointed and frustrated. I wish I had read reviews before spending so much.

I bought the vagami business planner expecting it to be amazing, it really isn’t in fact it isn’t as good as journals a quarter of the price (it’s too big, too heavy, too restrictive, uninspiring & poor quality). Legally (regardless of a companies terms and conditions) a non personalised product bought mail order in the UK has to be returnable regardless of whether it’s opened however Dailygreatness think they can dodge this by saying it’s non returnable. I’ll be pursuing a chargeback with my credit card company instead.

I would warn everyone before making a purchase on the website. The quality of the yoga journal aside (which I thought was very poor - uninspiring, repetitive and big and heavy like a brick), the customer service is simply appalling. There is no return address on the website, a person called "Sasheen" either ignored my emails or refused to provide the address on the basis that the journal was bought on sale which disqualifies it from a return. It is clearly contrary to consumer law in the UK (where I bought the journal) or the EU, which I repeatedly cited to the customer service. Finally, I was begrudgingly given an address (sent it back and paid £11 shipping), but then was offered a store credit rather than a refund. My request for a refund has been ignored, again. I clearly do not want a store credit as I have been irreparably discouraged from buying anything from this company, and will be pursing legal options. Simply appalling how little regard they have for their customers to save a few pounds. Very disappointing. For your own good, stay away!
