So just went to make a claim on my insurance policy. I have fell well within my 18month symptom free requirements just to be told no I don’t qualify. How can being on a waiting list for over 3 years be classified as a symptom is beyond me. In there policy it does not state that being on a waiting list is a symptom which I have explained this to them It still got turned down. How can I met the requirements for my policy and still be turned down
