Hi there. Our delivery time is stated to be 0-24 hours for Legacy and 0-48 hours for D2R. You ordered for Legacy, but after some time we figured you wanted to order for D2R and not Legacy, which we did not supply at that time, so you received a refund after 19 hours :)

Hi Kriss. We have plenty of gifts available, for orders above 5usd, and we often upgrade stats on items for free. You just have one order eligible out of all you placed. If you place one bigger instead of many small, you would for sure receive some decent gifts :)

Poor site

Ordered two items and never received them. I was refunded; however, I never got an explanation why. Would have been nice to reach a compromise but I was never contacted. Will not use again.

Hi BH. We refunded your order because we did not supply items for the new warlock dlc same day it launched. You were refunded, and we sent you two emails, and replied you on live chat, perhaps the emails ended up in spam/junk?

They should deliver orders on time and…

They should deliver orders on time and not make customers wait 4 days and still not complete the order.
I would give 0 stars however they did do a refund which is 1 star.

Hi Bryan. Your order had multiple realms selected, so our suppliers flagged it for manual verification which sometimes can take a few extra hours due to timezones etc. but i'm glad you joined the live chat so we could get it fixed asap

Safe order

I’ve placed a total of 3 orders, and all of them were delivered. I was ordering items for Diablo 2 Legacy, and everything went smoothly. Whenever an item was out of stock, the team tried to resolve the situation in a different way, which was great. My only complaint is regarding the delivery window. The website states 0–24h for Legacy, but that’s not true at all. Based on my experience, it took 2–4 days. So, you just have to be patient. I can definitely recommend this site.

Great store, world-class customer service

Well-sorted store full of Diablo II items (Classic LoD and Resurrected). Especially on LoD, nice prices for unique items and runewort upgraded items.
The service is brilliant - I received immediate support sorting out an issue caused by an unannounced ladder reset. Customer service reacted quickly, solved everything for me and handed me the items personally ingame. This is a 11 out of ten points. Highly recommended.

No quick delivery, no means of contact. Garbage.

27 hours into a purchase that was supposed to take a couple of minutes. Still nothing received but a "sorry, we are closed. Leave a message." is on the "Chat" window. I wish my bank had been closed before it approved this purchase.

Hi Alan. Sorry for the wait. I'm on a different timezone than you so that's why you didn't reply a reply before now. I sent out the email again to you, and issued a refund, so you get the items for free, and it's on us. I checked the system and the order was sent out a few hours after you placed it, but i can not see why it has not arrived to you before now. We complete the orders manually, it is not filled by bots or any like that, so sometimes theres a delivery time, and same for the chat, because we do not use bots, ai or whatever, to do that. I'm sorry for the wait, and i hope you find an use for the items anyway. The refund should arrive in 4-7 business days. Sometimes our emails end up in spam/junk, which we cannot see, so i'm glad you reached out on live chat, and i think it was pretty fair to refund you and let you keep the items. If you need help transfer the items let us know aswell

Got eveything i ordered but took a long…

Got eveything i ordered but took a long time for first one. They had issues so they refund me after a week of talking to them on fb, after refunded I ordered again and got it within 2 days. I can recommend them just might be a bit to get what you ordered. Good communication though!
