Excellent, I order magnesium bisglycinate and l thiamine for anxiety and improved sleep. I wasn't holding out hope but these have made such a noticeable difference for me. I take twice a day as if I don't I feel the anxiety more. I have noticed a difference in my breathing been better too (asthma). I've been taking now for a month and re ordered as they work. The cheap shop ones don't work for me but these are a life changer. I would highly recommend. Super fast delivery, professional. They can be pricier than shops but they are worth it. Huge decrease in quality compared to few months ago. Many of the articles here are risky.

Good quality but staggeringly expensive
Pros: Good quality products which I believe are third party checked.
Cons: Compared to other merchants staggeringly expensive.
If money is an issue you check out other merchants to buy from. There are others who are very reputable also selling quality products but at a reasonable price.

Anyone knows why this company doesn’t ship out orders? It’s bankrupting ? I made an order more than a week ago and still haven’t received any parcels. And their customer service doesn’t reply any messages at the same time.

Brilliant supplements from a brilliant privately owned company …
Having been immersed in Holistic Medicine for 51 years I became very aware that supplements sold by Pharmaceuticals ( over 70% are in that category!) had shareholders to keep happy.
The shareholders ( how much profit they could make) rather than the quality of the supplements mattered most!
So when I came across Cytoplan which is owned by a British Health Charity and who specialise in ‘Food State’ supplements I felt here was a good company to get to know.
I recommend their products to my patients ( I am an Acupuncturist of 37 years experience). Myself included the results of these brilliant array of supplements is wonderful. Give them a go if you’re just looking.

I urgently need my parcel
I urgently need my parcel. Ontop of the already really expensive product, I paid extra for delivery to get it to me within 1-2 business days. Its been 2 business day and I haven't even received an email confirmation of dispatch and I've emailed customer service twice and nobody has got back to me. The £5 voucher off the first order also didn't work. Really annoyed as I need these desperately and paid an arm and a leg for it!!! Seems like a fad.

Deceptive pricing increases after ordering - AVOID
A shame to be giving this rating as the products are good. But the company operates very deceptively and non-transparently when it comes to price changes. They increased the prices of the items in my subscription after the notification of my upcoming subscription. So when it was dispatched they just charged increased prices and customer service were no help, just misunderstanding the issue and sending me a duplicate invoice. Fortunately I have screenshots from the date the first email was sent to prove the pricing change. Really a shame as I was a happy customer up to now. But I’m not going to be doing any more business with a company that operates in this way.

Poor customer service, no ethics
"Why would someone spending £100s on products on a monthly basis for years, one day turn around and invent a myth for the sake of a few pounds??"
I have been using cytoplan products for over 2 years. Recently, I had my order sent to the incorrect address. I contacted the team and they seem to think I've been lying. I informed them I don't have a garage but they saw a garage door on the Royal Mail tracking information. I even posted on the local Facebook group if anyone had received my item. I am so busy with 2 small children and I really don't have time for this back and forth. I'm very disappointed in the company for this treatment despite me having no previous track record of claiming my items have not been received. Amazon really get things right because whenever I tell them an item hasn't been delivered, they believe me immediately and send me a replacement or refund. This is poor customer service. What happened to "the customer is always right". If this was my job to look into this case, I would base things on the customers track record. What a shame Cytoplan as I've always recommended your products but a poor customer service will drive people away regardless of the product satisfaction. If you think I'm doing this because of money and Christmas, then let me inform you that I don't celebrate Christmas.
Update.... I've not been asked by the Team Leader to knock on the doors in my neighbourhood to see where my delivery has gone to?? I've spent all day going back and forth on this very basic issue. I have paid my delivery charge. It's not my responsibility to go treasure hunting in my neighbourhood for my delivery.

We always send full tracking details for our customers to update their own delivery day or select their own safe place but do understand that this can sometimes things go wrong.

I placed an order
I placed an order. There was no one home when the delivery van called. I needed a tracking number in order to collect it. Cytoplan despite several urgent requests have not supplied a tracking number. I still don't know what's happening with my order. Appalling customer service .

If we do not hear form you by end of business tomorrow, we will refund the order to your original payment method.

They are the best.
Have been using cytoplan as much as possible for years now and never been disappointed. Their customer service is great and their products are top quality. They are pricey but it's because so much research has gone into making the products and then sourcing the ingredients. In my last pregnancy I started getting bad muscle cramps in my legs. I quickly ordered Magnesium and within 3-4 days I could already feel a difference whereas in the past it just got progressively worse. I've also got Pcos and have noticed that when I'm taking their supplements my monthly's become alot more regular and not as painful.

Decent-ish company in terms of products, customer services, information etc. However, I loathe their Buy 3, get 1 free offer…who does that! There is reason why either BOGOF or even buy 2 get the 3rd free is a universal offer!

Faulty products and no contact
Tried to contact due to faulty products.
Faulty products contact form shows an error when you tried to add photos but you can't submit without adding photos.
When trying to contact using a different subject, it just says "something went wrong". They're expensive products, ive received faulty products, and you can't even contact them. Very frustrating.

I have always used alternative…
I have always used alternative medicines, so ordered Cytoplan for my brother. Wow such a difference in him after only three weeks of taking nicotinamide riboside,
His breathing, and his energy is so much better. I ordered him some more and also some for myself.
The efficiency of Cytoplan from ordering to delivery is beyond compare with any other company I have used.

Good website with comprehensive info - no nasties
I have found one of supplement product interesting.
I went to manufacture site. I have purchased the product with confidence. Then ..... I searched for same product in Google. It came out that cytoplan.co.uk price was highest available! 14 minutes after placing order online (Thursday 07:00 hrs) I have emailed customer service AND sales back asking to cancel the order for me. They kept seating on the order and my request until after 16:00 hrs same day when they replied with return label. The product itself was physically dispatched a day later. When I received the parcel I used return label and sent it back. Few days later I received a refund with an amount LESS by £4.50 original delivery price.
Update: I called Cytoplan customer service and requested a full refund including initial shipment charge. I got it with no question.
Update2: I have reviewed a few products on their website. they look very good - as per ingredients. No any nasites there. It is rather difficult to find well composed multi-vitamin and minerals product on the market. Cytoplan has at least two good products. I'm impressed - ordered one.
