Great service, huge selection and good pricing

The gentleman who served us was very helpful, and quite happily exchanged my first carpet as it didn’t suit…many thanks for that. We love our one we have now.

Cyrus rugs had the perfect large rug we needed for the lounge room. The salesman, who I can't remember his name, was extremely helpful. Would recommend Cyrus Carpets to anyone.

I went to Cyrus Rugs in Hervey Bay as needed a good quality rug for the loungeroom. Was met by a really helpful person who showed me different types of rugs. Found the perfect rug at a really good price. Really great customer service.

I bought 4 rugs, 2 from the Morayfield store and 2 from the Burpengary store. At each store, the man behind the counter, so to speak, was ultra helpful, polite, patient and professional. We were lucky enough to have helped by Alex from the Tingalpa store when we were looking for a rug. Alex has been one of the most helpful sales people I have ever met . He went out of his way to listen to us and then find us the rug we wanted. He then kindly arranged for the rug to be brought into the store for us to be sure about it. It's a beautiful rug, but really the service was what clinched the deal for us ! Well done Alex, you are awesome ! Cyrus is very lucky to have you working for him!
