I am sorry to hear the outer packaging was badly damaged but relieved to hear the contents were undamaged and you are pleased with them. I apologies as I didn't have a carton to fit the products ordered so had to tape 2 together, this hasn't been a problem in the past, but I will take on board your comments. Thank you for your feedback.
