Love my elephant bike
Love my elephant bike. Was ready quicker than expected and was kept in the loop through all stages. Arrived with a little damage but this is due to shippers and not worthy to report as only cosmetic I believe. Instructions were clear and everything as well to assemble.
Love the free gift as well. Great service, great ethos and very happy

Glad you love your new Elephant Bike, I'm sorry that you have had problems with the courier, due to the size of the box our choice is limited. The courier is the best of a bad bunch.
Elephanticious
Glad I finally pulled my finger out and got one of the last few Elephant bikes. The delivery company managed to turn things into a bit of a farce, but Cycle of Good's lovely customer service got it sorted.

A happy customer
Ordering and delivery were straight forward. I love the bike. The people were great. I've docked a mark because the bike had obviously been dropped/thrown in transit and the light bracket bent. CoG offered to send a touch up pot of paint for when I bend the bracket back in shape! I'm happy.
