Cycle King Omdömen

Very impressive service by this company! I needed a new front wheel for my classic 90s Raleigh MTB. After struggling to find one locally, I found this online and they delivered a great quality replacement for me at a good price and within 48 hours. Nice and safely packaged too.

Very good choice of products and very helpful staff who answered my queries speedily, fully and with easy to understand instructions. Would highly recommend them.

Ordered my Mountain Bike from Cycle King online and it was a great experience. The ordering process was straight forward and the bike arrived at my door in record time. Thank you Cycle King, awesome job.

Great Peugeot single speed at great price. Arrived promptly and safely by courier. Rides well, top dry day shory tripper.

I took my bike into the Cycle King branch in Chadwell Heath and couldn't have asked for better service. The staff were helpful and had the repair done promptly. Great service from start to finish..

Excellent customer service from Shozo and Damien at Bury St Edmunds. The manufacturer's delivery date was met for 1 of the 2 bikes we ordered, but the second was nearly 2 months late. The guys at Bury stepped in to provide a loan bike during and after our holiday (that required bikes), and repeatedly chased the manufacturer until we received the second bike and compensation for the delay. Thanks guys!

The two members of staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The store was like going back to the old good days where it wasn't just about profit but applying a service. I know this as I bought all my children's cycles from the store many years ago when under another name. Would recommend without a doubt.

Cycle King were particularly busy on Sunday with orders that needed concentrating on, however I was received in a friendly manner and given tools to fix the bike. Samuel and a few other colleagues kindly helped me when needed and the repair was made on the spot. It is one of the only bike shops open on a Sunday. Thank you Samuel for taking the time to help me on such a busy day.

everything went very quickly and without problems

Got my daughter's bike from here and it's the absolute best bike and the service was amazing. Really helpful and good quality

Really good. When there was a small issue they let me know and fixed it as soon as they could.

Absolutely first rate service from ordering to the phone call to confirm the order and text message to let me know the bikes were ready for collection.

The guys at cycle king at tarpots benfleet are amazing. Took my bike in for 2 new inner tubes as its not been ridden for a long time, not only waa a greeted with a smile they helped me lift it out the car and took it in to the shop. Had a look at yhe tyres no need for inner tubes just needed some air and sorting it out as its stood for so long. Chatted to me the whole time and then helped to put ot back in the boot of the car.
Thanks guys for saving me spending money that I didn't need to as they say every little bit helps
