Visited this shop on the bank holiday looking for a ladies' bike and spoke to a very helpful and knowledgeable gentleman who took the time to explain bits and pieces to me clearly and without making me feel silly for asking/not knowing. Fantastic customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop.

I found this cycle shop on line and I have to say I had a better shopping experience with them than I have had with the usual high street chains that sell cycles and accessories.
They are there for the customer and give a personal service which sadly seems to be lost these days.
I found the staff welcoming and friendly and offered a good service when I went to the shop to collect my cycle. I am delighted with my new cycle which was set up for me and ready to ride away when I arrived to pick it up.
I would highly recommend them.

Lifesaver- I wasn’t a customer, just someone passing by who needed to charge my phone for a long cycle back home. The staff were incredibly kind and helped me without hesitation. It's rare to find that kind of generosity these days. If their service to strangers is this good, I can only imagine how well they treat their actual customers. I appreciate you guys!

Very easy to pay online and collect in store very good quality bike (schwinn) and the cheapest around bike was built and ready to collect and store staff was most helpful definitely will buy from them again.

Best bike shop and customer service! Got my last bicycle from there, and also visit for repairs etc. Workers there are very knowledgeable and always happy to help. Today I got to the shop at 5pm with a puctured tyre (I thought I'd have to wait for the repair until the next morning), but wow,Andy and his team changed my inner tube for maybe less than 10 minutes while I was waiting. Amazing team work and I'm always happy to go, if I need to, because I know I'd always find the best customer care here! Recomended!

Great experience with Luie and Andy! Both were really helpful and patient whilst helping me choose a bike for my daughter. It didn't feel like they were just selling me a bike but making sure my daughter left with the best bike for her.

Visited here on 5th December to buy bikes for our Grandchildren for Christmas after a very disappointing trip to Halfords. We received superb service from really knowledgeable and helpful staff. Would thoroughly recommend this store and the staff. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Don't know why we bothered going to Halfords.

Click and Collect was easy to order and I was kept informed as to when the order delivered. Collection was easy, helpful and fast. And most of all it keeps the High Street thriving.
