The diamond of the retail jewellery market
I have been a customer of Cybelle for a couple of years and have since remained loyal to this wonderful independent brand because, both in quality and design, its high street counterparts pale in comparison. My Cybelle jewels - despite constant wear - remain in immaculate condition, where pieces from other brands have scratched, lost gold plating or tarnished over time.
Most recently, Ellie (Cybelle’s founder) helped me to source a special piece of one-off jewellery that I had visualised but was unable to find anywhere. I trusted her to only curate options that met my specification without compromising on quality or value. Ellie went above and beyond to find something perfect and I couldn’t be happier - I know it’s a piece I will cherish forever. Highly recommend.

Wont use again to be honest
Wont use again to be honest - took too long - immediately saw it wasnt what I wanted - didn't try the item on - so their so called terms and conditions don't allow a return - I will definitely swerve this company - not even a credit note offered - Off to Tiffany I go - expensive but worth the money and exemplary customer service
