I’ve used this company twice without issue previously, which is why this is 2 star not 1. The third time has put me off ever using them again. Be warned they sell items that are not only not in stock but aren’t even in the country. 6 months (that’s not an exaggeration) I spent waiting for a 40th birthday present that I had paid for, repeatedly told it was a delay with shipping but still available - I kept checking this as I would have cancelled and ordered elsewhere. Communication during this time was non-existent, I had to email for every update. You can guess the ending; unable to fulfill order.
Some elements might have been out of their control but my main issue is the customer service; a month would go by each time without any update from them. Given payment had been made I found this utterly appalling.

They deal with me brilliant from the day I returned my watch until the day I received my new one. The girl was absolutely fantastic. Knew what she was talking about and dealt with it. Professionally, I would not go anywhere else for my next watch so if you see a watch that you want on their website, go for it because they are the best out there.

I placed an order on the 20th July with no suggestion the item wasn’t in stock. Numerous phone calls have followed during the intervening weeks with no assurances provided over delivery times. I eventually cancelled. A truly awful experience! Staff were clearly embarrassed and tried their best but the problem are clearly, deep rooted. Sorry to say, but a (fairly) local business looks likely to go to the wall! Avoid like the plague!

Brought paloma garmin watch online ,which had £170 discount, was little worried after when looked at reviews for site but wach arrived within 5 days ,only down side was the postal tracking didn't work very well but wach arrived before tracking showed where it was

I recently bought a beautiful FOPE bracelet from CW sellers. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The item had to be ordered and made and I was kept up-to-date regularly. I will only buy FOPe jewellery from this jeweller in future.

I purchased a Roberto coin pendent which arrived the next day, was packaged perfectly and I even got a great sale deal on it. I wear it everyday and can always trust CW sellers quality and authenticity in their products.

Bought a Garmin watch, they took my money but 11 weeks later I've still not received it. I've received no communication on when it will be delivered and when I call them I get given vague reasons.
Do not deal with this company.

A friend was buying her niece a Blue John necklace for her 18th birthday in the Bakewell Store, while the assistant was raping it up, my friend said to me, “I usually don’t like brooches, but that one there, a Blue John Bee, I really like” so when we got home to the Stamford area, I went online to see if I could find it, I did, so I purchased it, with a 50% discount, wow, it arrived the next day within a perfect box, and then again in a Sellores box for added protection, can’t wait to give it to my friend on her birthday, 11th November .

I've awarded a somewhat generous 2-star rating, given my recent experience and because I do feel that staff are good, but being put in an impossible position. I ordered a ring, shown on sale in mid-July in all sizes, in a design apparently now discontinued by the maker and not available across a range of other online retailers. I received the ring the next day in a much smaller size. Duly returned. When I 'phoned to explain the wrong size was received, I was told that - even though the site showed all sizes at the sale price, the price referred only to the default size shown. I was told it would cost more to secure the size I wanted, which was listed as 'available to order' on the site; I paid the extra over the 'phone. I was originally given a 4-week timescale for dispatch; I have chased up the order by email in mid August and late September, with reasons for the delay given that, quite frankly, don't make sense. Staff have responded quickly and politely to my queries, but you do feel like you're being fobbed off. The full amount has been taken from my credit card, but now coming up for 3 months after placing the order, I've been told to await news of the ring coming into stock from the maker, which reminds me of that old saying 'how long is a piece of string?' I have had the same experience at least twice before with CW Sellors, so I've gone into this with my eyes open. However, I have always - eventually - received the item and that's why I've given them the benefit of the doubt this time. I can confidently report that this won't be the case in future.
