Fast delivery, item as described
Fast delivery, great product range. Only thing that could be improved is the box used for delivery. They're a gift and I am going to need to buy a slightly nicer box to present them in.

Customer service is fantastic
Customer service is fantastic, absolutely first class. Ordered watch and they said 3-4 weeks delivery. I needed it for my partners birthday and it was delivered within 7 days, a day before with special delivery. I would definitely use them again. Leah also needs a special mention too.

Great service
Great communication from the company, instant replies when there was a need. The jewellery is of an amazing standard and looks amazing. Would recommend the company to anyone wanting unique fine jewellery.

C W Sellors understand the value of customer service
I had my watch repaired via C W Sellors and the service was excellent. Leah communicated with me every step of the way from initial enquiry, receipt of the watch, sending to manufacture, quote for the job and then return to me on competition.
I would definitely use them again for service or purchase...they obviously understand the value of customer service and what time pieces mean to their owners. Thanks

A New Beginning.
I had a truly awful experience with this company towards the end of last year. However, I recently received a message from the new CEO apologising for this and explaining that the company was under new management and they were striving to return to the values upon which they were built. I felt it was worth giving them another try and it certainly seems they've managed to turn things around. They were super-responsive to messages (Leah in particular was amazingly helpful) and my order arrived in 2 days! I'm very impressed and will definitely be ordering again in future. Well done new team.

Fantastic first class service
Fantastic first class service. It was a pleasure to deal with Leah over the phone when placing the order. She ensured the item would arrive in plenty of time for my daughters birthday. The order was followed up and tracked by the vendor. I was given forward notice of the couriers arrival and the item incredibly well packaged for transit by Daisy who hand packed it. A wonderful service and competitive price. Buy with complete confidence.

C W Sellors, 1st Class Customer Service
I popped into C W Sellors, Bakewell, Derbyshire, while on holiday in April this year. I had been looking for some Blue John jewellery for some time. I was looked after by Samantha, during our conversation she picked up what my preferred style was and helped me to select a ring and a pair of earrings. They both had to be made for me and were delivered safely and securely to my home in Northamptonshire a few weeks later. Samantha, Peter & Helen provided a level of customer service that was second to none, I was kept informed throughout the whole process and am now the proud owner of two high quality pieces of jewellery that I’ll treasure for ever…and may add a bracelet in the future❤️

Back to normal service - in a good way
The last time I did a review of CW Sellors, it was not happy reading nor was it happy writing. However, credit where credit is due.
The company had evidently been through administration and was in distress. I am delighted to be able to offer a positive review here due to:
1. The new CEO facing up to some challenges in Q4 2025 and Q1 2026 and addressing them head on with a very frank and open email about 1 month ago.
2. I did actually speak time to speak to the CEO (Antony) to express my own experience and to hear from him. He was both apologetic and understanding.
3. I was promised that in the new instance of the company - under new ownership and management - that things would be back to their former glory.
4. This was indeed the case.
My transaction last week was not only well priced, but the service was back to normal, i.e., excellent.
I would happily recommend the 'new' CW Sellors on the basis of my recent experience. I hope and expect them to keep the standards high in future. Good effort - keep it up!
