I have been using cuty.io for a short time. At first, my experience was good because I successfully received 2 withdrawals within the last couple of days. That gave me some confidence in the platform.
However, my latest withdrawal request is still pending for a long time. It has not been processed yet, and there is no clear update about when it will be completed. This delay is a bit concerning, especially since my previous withdrawals were much faster.

i've been using this since 2023, they pay fast, but since last month it suddenly becomes more irritating to my visitors to watch the ads, i postponed using this and replace with other temporarily, hoping they will return the previous setup, they have decent CPM, $3-4 from japan traffic.

Increase your IP count to at least 3 IP counts per day.
I have been using cuty.io for almost 3yrs now. I really like the fact that the withdrawal process is instant...You don't need to wait for 24hrs, one week or one month.It takes less than 10 seconds for you to receive your money when you place your withdrawal request!! That alone is amazing!! But of late, the views count have reduced compared to how it was been counted two years ago...I would give them a five star if they can increase the number of IP count per day.....If they can increase the IP count to at least 3 IP count per day(like other url shorteners), then they would get a 5 star rating from me....And they would be the greatest url shortener ever!!!

I have a Telegram channel where I share file download links with my Telegram members. Many members click the links and view the files.
However, the problem is that even after many people view the files, my view count is not increasing. To test this, I even opened the file myself from my friend’s phone, but the view count on my account still did not increase.
My country is Bangladesh and most of my audience is also from Bangladesh. All views are real and fair from my Telegram members, not fake or bot traffic.

the site is superb and their payments and other services are good but it does not counts clicks properly its very inaccurate so the owner says they count only valid clicks but the turth if doesn't matter sometimes it would get counted automatically and other times never please fix it then i can surely rate them 5/5

Yo que he usado muchos acortadores a lo largo de los años, nunca me había gustado tanto uno como Cuty. Era de lo mejor: pagos al instante, interfaz fácil de usar, posibilidad de modificar la intensidad de la publicidad… realmente parecía una plataforma pensada para el publisher.
Pero todo era perfecto hasta que últimamente han estado tomando decisiones terribles como:
• Bloquear el acceso desde navegadores internos de Instagram y Facebook, cuando antes funcionaba perfectamente.
• Agregar detecciones agresivas de AdBlock incluso en usuarios móviles que no utilizan bloqueadores.
• Introducir pasos adicionales que afectan gravemente la conversión.
El problema no es solo el cambio en sí, sino la falta de estabilidad. Cada día parece haber una nueva restricción o modificación que impacta directamente en nuestros ingresos.
Los publishers necesitamos consistencia. Cuando enviamos miles de visitas diarias, cualquier pequeño cambio en el funnel puede destruir la tasa de conversión.
De verdad espero que reconsideren estas decisiones, porque muchos estamos empezando a evaluar otras alternativas si la situación no mejora.

Regarding the anti-adblock detection: the message is triggered only when ads are not accessible on the visitor's device or network, including cases where the user may not even be aware of it (such as router-level blocking or Firefox's Enhanced Tracking Protection, which must be disabled for our domains to function correctly). We want to assure you that we are not targeting legitimate visitors — only those whose environments prevent ads from loading.
We completely understand your concerns about stability and conversion rates. Publishers sending thousands of visits daily are right to expect consistency, and we take that responsibility seriously.
The good news is that we are actively working on giving publishers more control. We are currently evaluating the option to let you choose whether to allow visitors with adblock enabled, as well as visits from in-app browsers such as Instagram and Facebook. The latest changes ruined this shortener.
It was a good shortener despite its constant server problems, but it worked reasonably well. Lately, they have been making some very aggressive changes to monetize with ads. Until then, it was still passable, but lately, due to these changes, there are many errors. For example, it says that you have adblock enabled when nothing is enabled (I checked it myself), or it gets stuck in a loop without sending you to the destination URL. I notified their support team about these issues and did not receive a response. They are making changes for the worse, so I would not recommend it now or in the future if things remain the same.

It means that there is some ad blocking on either the device or router level. The anti-adblock message appear only when ads are not accessible
Please note that Firefox advanced protection causes this issue as well, so it must be disabled for our domains to continue
Rest assured that we only block visitors who have adblock enabled (even if they are not aware of it)
We're currently considering adding an option to allow adblock users for users who opt in
