Cutting Edge Knives Omdömen

Very prompt and personal customer service. I needed advice for buying the correct size of saya for my knives and the recommendation I received was superb. Would definitely recommend to those interested in high quality knives.

Quality products and excellent service.
The knife I purchased is an absolute delight to use. The knives are so sharp they even include plasters, just in case!

I give them 5 stars for their service and their decency when communicating, rather than the items I purchased.
Thank you

I recently took the decision to upgrade my kitchen knives and in my mind there was only one option and that was to invest in a set of hand crafted Japanese blades.

What i quickly discovered is that it is a minefield and my knowledge was extremely limited.

After some research on the internet i stumbled across Cutting Edge and I have to say the service from start to finish was exceptional.

I emailed in asking for advice, Ally responded promptly and pointed me in the right direction.

My knives arrived today and i am over the moon with them, i could not recommend Cutting Edge enough.

Thank you all your help.

All the best,

Paul Goossens

Knife was as beautiful as described, unfortunately slightly damaged in transit. One email later, the knife was picked up and a replacement sent in a few days.

Fast delivery, my new knife arrived the next working day, the quality was superb, never had a knife which handled so well.
First-class knife and superb service, keep it up, I will definitely return
PS, I love the plasters!! great idea

Great shop, top delivery turn around, will be back

great experience as usual - I have purchased 4 knives and all have arrived rapidly and exactly as described. Great knives and good range in the shop - not cheap but worth the money in my view.

Najlepszy sklep z nożami kuchennymi w Europie.

Beautiful product, beautifully packaged. Knife is everything I hoped it would be and more! Photos on the website did not do it justice. Wonderfully sharp out of the box, and just stunning to look at. Julienning carrots was never so easy! Will get many many years of enjoyment and delight using this knife. Knife arrived very slightly tarnished (as typical of carbon steel knives if not wiped dry). Came off easily with a little lemon juice.

Great website! Quick delivery and a nice personal touch. Very impressed !

Great service, and so responsive! Thank you!

I’ve had 5 knives from you guys over the last few years. 3 Nikiri blades and 2 Santukos. All have been completely on the button. I’m a professional chef and really rate the products and the supplier. All prices fair.
All deliveries rapid. I had to send one Masakage knife back for exchange but that was purely me being particular. There was no quibble. No restock charge. Just good old fashioned honest customer service. Other companies really could and should take note! Hope to do more business with you soon!

Bought 2 knifes from them, great service both times, fast shipping

Excellent knife, very quick delivery, and could not be more pleased with my purchase!
