Cutebuddi Omdömen 70

My parents dog had died, we put him to sleep at the ripe old age of 17. He was a family dog. We were all heartbroken as you can imagine. I saw an add for cutebuddi a little while later. I uploaded the photos of our dog and placed the order sometime early in april(2025).

It took about two months for them to ship. It was radio silence all the way in between. Shipping took a bit over two weeks. The end result was good. It really looked like our dog. They even added the little details I had asked for.

I went to my parents house while they were on vacation. I took the dogbed out of storage and put it where it always stood. I placed the dog miniature on it. Placed a box ontop of it with a note attached saying "woof woof!". I left and the next day my parents arrived home and found the dog. They loved it. My dad cried when he saw it, he said.

So despite reading some negative reviews, Cutebuddi fullfilled their end of the deal. And their work was more than good. My parents had a void, I think this filled it just a little bit. Which is exactly what I hoped for.

To summarise:
*Packaging was good. Neatly in lots of bubblewrap.
*Dog sculpture was on the mark. With the little details I asked for.
*Paint job was good. But bits of the varnish was still wet. To fix it, I left it in the sun for about 30 minutes, and it was perfect afterwards.
*Shipping time was horrendous. So you gotta be patient.
*Also I'd like them to send update or update pictures during development of the sculpture.
All in all, worth the 70 euros I spend.

I was pretty skeptical when I ordered this, especially with the price, but when it came in I was more than impressed with it. My dog is like my son and my figurine looks identical to him. I just opened a new barbershop and I requested they put my company logo on a shirt to put on my dog, which they did perfectly. I will definitely be purchasing more products from them.

Has taken almost 3 months, it was meant to be a late mother's day present, might as well of been a birthday present for July! Nonetheless it arrived undamaged & the resemblance is alright. Wouldn't say it's worth £60 + for sure.

The coloring is ok. But the body shape and size is horrible. Plus mine is a female yet it has the male part. Don’t waste your money.

Diese Figuren werden nicht, so wie es beschrieben wird, Handgefertigt ! Es sieht aus, als würde es aus einem 3D Drucker kommen! Zudem habe ich meinen Hund sehr genau beschrieben mit besonderen Merkmalen und Details. Diese wurde nicht berücksichtigt und die Figur sieht nicht aus wie mein Hund! Ich habe auch mehr als genug Fotos zur Verfügung gestellt. Ich habe den Kundenservice vor einigen Wochen kontaktiert und bis heute keine Antwort erhalten, obwohl auf der Homepage steht dass sie 2-3 Werktage brauchen zum Antworten. Ich bin sehr sehr enttäuscht. Gerne hätte ich eine schöne Erinnerung von meinem vor kurz verstorbenen Seelenhund gehabt. Der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt für ein NICHT handgefertigtes Produkt. Reine abzocke und Kundenservice existiert gar nicht. Ich empfehle jedem : lasst die Finger davon und investiert euer Geld sinnvoller!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I WAITED TWO AND A HALF MONTHS FOR MY FIGURINE! THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL TELLING ME I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS WHICH I DID NOT! NOW THEY SEND MY ORDER BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE AND WONT WORK WITH ME OR REFUND ME!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED THEY MAKE BELIEVE THEY SEND WHAT YOU ORDERED AND YOU RECEIVE NOTHING THEN THEY BLAME YOU AND YOU HAVE TO JUST TAKE THE LOSS OF 70.00 IM SO DISAPPOINTED I THOUGHT THEY WOULD DO THE RIGHT THING AND THEY DIDNT!

Non arriva niente io dopo 2 mesi non ricevo nemmeno una risposta alle email scritte. Non fidatevi!!

I've heard of some peoples bad experiences but personally I've ordered from them 2 separate times with a positive experience. The first time I received my order exactly a month after ordering, and the most recent time I received it 2 months and a week after ordering. The separate orders were about a year apart from each other. You don't get any updates til it's shipped which can take a while but both times I stayed patient and liked the finished product.

Just received my little sparky figure and it looks just like my baby!
It did take a couple of months at arrive but it was worth the wait.
This place is expensive compared to other places but I'm stunned at how good this looks.

Ich habe für Weihnachten eine Figur bestellt, sie sollte ein Geschenk werden. Es ist erst nach Weihnachten angekommen (obwohl ich Wochen vor Weihnachten gefragt habe, ob es sich zeitlich ausgeht und wenn nicht, möchte ich stornieren - ich bekam keine Antwort).

Als die Figur dann 2-3 Wochen nach Weihnachten ankam, war ich vom Aussehen enttäuscht. Das Hinterteil sieht aus wie von einer ganz anderen Rasse...
Und für 60€ ist das schon heftig.

As with others, I've received no proof of order, no updates and now the website isn't loading.

I have emailed 3 times without a response. I have not received an order
confirmation. Terrible customer service!

Extremely long delivery time. Lightweight figurine of a plastic material only slight resemblance. Not worth the cost.

I paid and placed my order three weeks ago, I have yet to receive any updates on my order. I also have yet to receive a proof or any indication on which picture they were able to use or how they will proceed.

Délai : 6 semaines et demi. J'ai dû insister auprès du service client pour qu'ils m'envoient ma commande. La figurine ne ressemble pas du tout à mon chien. Très cher pour un résultat très médiocre. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

I lost my beloved cat 2 months ago, so I decided to do a figure of him..
I ordered it few days after he passed, i received it today, i knew it would take long as its handmade. And AMAZING.. made me cry.. it looks the same as my boy,.

I ordered this as a gift for Christmas and never received it. I reached out several
times and was told it was delivered almost 2 months after I placed the order. I reported it as not delivered. I never received any follow up. Never received the item. Nor did I ever receive a refund.
Horrible!

I had my doubts about this as it was a Facebook Ad and I'd had some dubious results from companies on the platforms ads. My order arrived today and it was exactly what my little pupper used to look like in his prime, everyone has remarked how good it is and it even made my Mum cry, absolutely would recommend, it might seem expensive at first but it is worth every penny. Thank You so much for immortalising my Sidney Dog :)

Es ist eine sehr sehr schöne und getreue Abbildung meines Verstorbenen Hundes und es ist wirklich gut geworden. Man muss zwar viel Zeit einplanen aber das war es mir wert.
