My experience was made ok by them getting back with me in a timely manner. My experience would have been better if I had received the products that I had paid for. I think the company needs to make sure they're going to do what their ads say they're going to do

I made one purchase and my card was charged multiple times so I sent an email requesting my money back and not even two seconds later I received a “letter” in my account that I need to do a review and lead positive feedback so the finalize and close my case but I still have not received my money back and nothing about this experience was positive now if I get my money back I’ll come back and update or do a better more positive review until then I need my money back asap and NOTHING about this was positive or a good experience it seems like a scam to me GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK TODAY!!! I just wanted to get something nice for my kids and this is what I get!

Wonderful products and great service

The immediate response was excellent. However, the reason that this has came about is not. I shouldn’t have to reach out to refund money that I did not authorize a payment for. I was ordering a fragrance from ulta for $19.08 and ended up with a charge for $39.47 for baby items. I’m an old perimenopausal women with a tubal ligation, I did not and would not authorize a payment for membership to this website. It’s a scam and the company should be ashamed of doing business like this. I appreciate the response time, but I will continue to look into how this happened and report it to the BBB

I was told that I was gonna get Sheehan products but instead I ended up paying for a gift card that I didn’t even want so I asked for a refund and I’m being told that I will receive one

Cancel!!! I did not authorize this!!! I was applying for something else and you took my information and charged me for something I didn’t authorize!!! Scammers!!! Then they want you to rate them with stars to fix it🤦🏼‍♀️.

I didn’t sign up for this company. I emailed them and they canceled everything and assured me I would not be charged.
