Custom travel arranged our trip to Poland/ Czech republic and Austria.

We have been booking holidays with Kristina from Custom Travel for over 15 years. The service she provides has been above and beyond anything we have ever experienced from any other travel advisor. We've had help and support when becoming poorly on holiday and needing to rebook flights, rearranging a holiday when our son was admitted to hospital the day before our departure and all of the help given during covid to rearrange or cancel holidays and gain refunds. This is just a few times that she has helped during difficult times.
