Very easy to work with and responsive to design requests

Good patches, good price
The patches turned out just as I designed them. The only complaint if it is even a complaint is that I thought the patches were made in house and they actually are outsourced to China (at least that is what is appears, they were shipped from a Chinese warehouse.) I feel the quality would have been slightly better had they been made by Custom Patch.

The turnaround time was very quick and the reps were great about communicating. They were thoughtful, paid attention to detail and ensured that the proof was exactly what we desired. Both patches that we ordered are super cute and we are excited to use them!
