Let me say this, I was skeptical at first, but, when my sister-in-law received it, she was absolutely blown away. The quality of this item was just great. Her niece wants one so will others in her family. They are leather type, country people. The price was just right for me and the gift was perfect. You can't get any bette than this. PLUS, they kept in contact with me. That itself is extraordinary in this day and time.

Customer Service is beyond excellent
I ordered and received a tumbler from this company with no problem. The tumbler was so gorgeous I ordered another another one. Then I was notified this shipment was delivered. But I never received it, it was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted customer service. From that point on I had no problem, and a replacement is on the way.

Worst ever
Ordered end of JULY and still don't have. Even though it was promised for end of August. When I inquired I was told "it's a custom item, it takes time". Really, 10 weeks? Never again.

Everything went wrong. I ordered and was charged and never received the order. I was charged for shipping insurance without being asked and there is no way to use it. I have tried to track the order and it cannot be found. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau and a dispute with my credit card company.

Your product is just what I wanted for my bride's birthday. We have been married for 37 years.
Your product is just what I wanted for my bride's birthday which is coming up in October. My order was handled promptly. Tracking documents gave me ETA, but due to logistical issues involving government agencies here and abroad my order was delayed. There was no indication of when my order would arrive. This situation was brought to the attention of you customer service section. Jamie took action when others seemed to ignore +what was happening to my order. His actions regarding my order completely settled my frustrations, and my order is expected to arrive shortly.

I had contacted the company on or around September 16,2026 about a replacement lid for my Mom's cup. We had waited 2 months to receive the cup to see the lid wass broken. My Mom was excited until we noticed the damage. I contacted the company right away to inquire about getting a replacement lid instead of having to send the mug back. They gave me a small refund, and then I received a replacement lid ! That made my Mom and I very happy ! Mom LOVES her mug ! Thank you Charlotte !!

I ordered in Aug and never got my item
I ordered in Aug and never got my item! I contacted them and they questioned if I had order from them, I send the screenshot shop of the e-mail I had received from the company! After that I received another e-mail confirming that my order was in process! Now had another e-mail stating that it was would be sent! To this date I have not received anything! Am not only upset that my credit card has been charged but I have yet to see my item and it has taken this long to get it! Will never again buy from this company!
