I ordered burgee flags as a gift for the crew on a boat trip I organized. I ordered them 6 weeks before the trip and paid extra to get the order expedited to arrive well before the trip. The package was stuck in customs in Anchorage Alaska for almost a month (like others, I thought this was a US company). Repeated calls to them insured that someone would investigate it and get back to me. No one ever did. We received the order a week too late to give them out. The printing was done on very thin cloth which I doubt would stand up to any wind. Avoid this company. They are dishonest with poor quality.

it's a Chinese scam! They pretend to be out of Texas, but all their work is done in China. So, their promised dates are not real -- they will show it "shipped" on the date they say it's shipped, but it is only a label printed - the product is still in China!!! When UPS finally gets it the date moves out 4 or 5 days. The name "...Now" and their "Guaranteed Date" are deliberately deceiving.

Apparently they do this to everyone, but my "Guaranteed Delivery" date has come and gone. The event I needed the flag for was 2 days ago and I still haven't received the flag. Called customer service and they had excuse after excuse, "needed approval' which was done day after
ordering, "customs delay", etc. Don't use them if you need a custom flag NOW!

Do NOT use this company! I ordered car flags for a Championship Football Game for our fans. We had very little time to get these as we did not know if we would be in the championship. I ordered based on the guaranteed shipping date. Well, shocker, they did not ship on the date they said and they can not give me any information about why or where it is. There is an online chat that I spent an hour with trying to get an answer and there is a phone number but they can not give me an answer and can only "chat" with their production department. There "manager" was not available for me to talk to and they can not transfer me to their "production" department! I repeat... do NOT use this company!

HORRIBLE! Started off with shipping date being misrepresented. Website stated October 26th as delivery date (even with economy shipping selected). Then proof came and it looked like the vertical flag I ordered... but invoice came and delivery date was now Nov. 26th! Clients event was on Nov. 7th. They would not adjust the order at all EVEN THOUGH IT WASN'T IN PRODUCTION YET & I OFFERED TO PAY MORE TO GET IT ON TIME! Then it comes with the grommets on the 5' side of a flag that will be hung vertically from the 3' side. Who does that?! They say it's my fault even though the extra instructions I sent stated 3' SIDE for GROMMETS!!!

So we got scammed into buying 25 tote bags for purchasing a flag for a trade show were attending. We wanted the flag but they gave us a deal on 25 tote bags if we purchased the flag. They wanted to ship the tote bags but said there was a glitch on their website for the flag and it will not be on the order and they can't produce it for the cost we agreed upon or the time frame. No flag in time for the trade show and this company could care less. Just another scamming company on the internet.
