this is a scam company , ive tried to contact Cambridge blinds who are a local company where I live and this custom blinds company is saying they are Cambridge blinds but they are not the original Cambridge blinds located in Cambridge

they make out they work and operate as Cambridge blinds,

but i have since contacted the owner of Cambridge blinds who said that Custom fitted blinds business has just got the website address only and tried to black mail him into buying it from them -

if you want the real Cambridge blinds, you need to go to cambridge-blinds.co.uk.

this has caused me so much wasted time trying to get hold of the proper Cambridge blinds?

why would custom blinds pass yourself off as Cambridge blinds when your not even on the companies house website registered as Cambridge blinds and you don’t even operate in Cambridge . Your phone numbers and email don’t even work - you do realise that consitutes fraud !!!

Online, (based on the Trustpilot rating), I set up an appointment for a 'local' representative of this firm to visit my home, only to get a text (not even a phone call?) saying they 'don't cover my area'.
Why doesn't this company/Trustpilot make clear (from the start) what areas it covers and doesn't? That its NOT a UK-wide company and stop wasting consumers' time! This also raises questions about the Trustpilot rating, since such a situation means it maybe easier to get a good rating in a limited geographic area than to provide a full NATIONAL service.

I'm delighted with the item, and the installer did an outstanding job.

I found the telephone Communication service exceptional, being over 70 years with numerous disabilities (Hidden), I appreciated, their patience & Empathy, the, Home Visit, by their Fitter was excellent
